Chihuly Garden and Glass: A Dreamy Art Palace Made of Glass

Chihuly Garden and Glass: A Dreamy Art Palace Made of Glass

📍Chihuly Garden and Glass is located at 305 Harrison Street, Seattle, WA 98109, USA. It is conveniently located near the famous Space Needle, making it easy for visitors to visit both attractions in one trip. The area has a temperate maritime climate, which is mild and humid with distinct seasons, so you can experience its unique beauty no matter when you visit.🌈 💎The art garden covers an area of over 6,000 square meters and is divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The indoor exhibits mainly feature works by Dale Chihuly, including glass artworks, drawings, and architectural facilities. The outdoor exhibition area is even more spectacular, with a 4-meter-high, 400-square-meter glass exhibition hall displaying a 30-meter-long suspended sculpture made of 1,400 pieces of glass. There is also a large, dreamlike work called the Glasshouse, inspired by the Sainte-Chapelle in Paris and the Crystal Palace in London. The giant flowers on the roof are made of red, orange, yellow, and amber, extending over 30 meters, creating a fairytale-like scene. In addition, the "Glass Garden," "Flower Arrangements and Floating Boats Series," "Sea Life Tower," and "Chandeliers" are all highly artistic and visually appealing.😻 🎫Tickets for adults are priced at USD 35 on weekdays and USD 37.5 on weekends. It is recommended that visitors purchase tickets online in advance, as they may be able to enjoy some discounts.🧾 🚇Transportation is also very convenient. Take the monorail to Seattle Center Station and walk to the art garden. If you have already visited the Space Needle, you can also choose to walk there and enjoy the street view of Seattle along the way.🚶 😉There are also some things to keep in mind during your visit. No flash photography or tripods are allowed inside the museum, and no food or drink is allowed. However, there is a restaurant called Collections Café in the garden, which is open daily from 11:00 to 17:00 (10:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and Sundays), where visitors can dine.🍔 📸This place is a paradise for photography enthusiasts. Each glass artwork is like a beautiful sculpture, showing different charms under different lights and angles. Whether it is the colorful lights indoors or the crystal-clear fusion with the natural environment outdoors, it is worth capturing with your camera.🤳 💡After visiting Chihuly Garden and Glass, you will be amazed by Dale Chihuly's whimsical creativity. Each glass artwork is not just a combination of glass, but a condensation of art, a profound understanding and expression of life, nature, and culture. If you are planning a trip to Seattle, be sure not to miss this place full of fantasy and artistic charm!💕

A must-stay hotel in Seattle for a unique experience!

A must-stay hotel in Seattle for a unique experience!

For this trip to Seattle, I chose to stay at Denny Park Hotel Seattle in the city center. The hotel is located in the Belltown neighborhood, just steps away from many famous attractions, such as the striking Art/Not Terminal Gallery and The Spheres, as well as the picturesque Denny Park. The hotel's location is extremely convenient for sightseeing and shopping, especially for photography and modern art lovers! The multilingual service and free Wi-Fi are also very convenient, especially for international travelers. The room is clean, and the city view from the window is worth seeing. Overall, the location and some services of Denny Park Hotel Seattle are its highlights, but if the shower facilities are improved and some minor service processes are adjusted, I believe the overall experience of the guests can be further enhanced.

Located in the vibrant downtown Seattle, Travelodge by Wyndham Seattle by the Space Needle offers an unforgettable stay for every guest with its prime location and top-notch amenities. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was captivated by its modern design. The lobby is spacious and bright, with simple yet stylish decor that creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, quickly checking me in and providing a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and services. My room was a standard room, spacious and modern yet cozy. It featured a comfortable large bed, a seating area, and a small work desk, perfect for business trips or leisure travel. The bathroom was clean and tidy, equipped with high-quality toiletries. What surprised me the most was the view from the room, with a view of Seattle's skyline outside the window, making me feel refreshed. The hotel's dining service was equally impressive. Breakfast offered a wide range of buffet options, including fresh fruits, hot dishes, and various beverages to cater to different tastes. For dinner, I enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel's restaurant, with exquisite and tasty dishes and attentive service!

"Hotel 1000 Seattle: An Ultimate Luxury Experience"

"Hotel 1000 Seattle: An Ultimate Luxury Experience"

"Hotel 1000 Seattle: An Ultimate Luxury Experience" Among the many accommodation options in Seattle, Hotel 1000 Seattle is like a hidden gem, exuding unique charm. Upon arrival at the hotel, the grand and modern exterior gives a strong visual impact. Walking into the hotel lobby, the exquisite decoration, soft lighting, and the warm smiles of the staff instantly make people feel the perfect fusion of luxury and warmth. The hotel's rooms brought me unexpected surprises. The layout of each facility is like a carefully arranged symphony. The air conditioner, a seemingly ordinary device, is like a considerate butler here. It adjusts the indoor temperature just right, making the whole room full of a comfortable home atmosphere, as if every wisp of air is whispering words of welcome. Speaking of hotel services, the room service is simply amazing. For someone like me who sometimes wants to avoid the hustle and bustle of the outside world and enjoy food alone in the room, this is the most humanized aspect of the hotel. With just one phone call, delicious food can be delivered to your eyes. However, the rich food around the hotel is also very tempting. Like the seafood platter of Dahlia Lounge, it is a collection of seafood flavors. The tender seafood seems to have just jumped from the sea to the plate; the Warm Garlic Pull of Some Random Bar, the unique flavor stimulates the taste buds, and every bite is full of surprises; the Tomato Flagship Ship of Beecher's Handmade Cheese, the rich cheese flavor and fresh tomato flavor are intertwined to form a unique taste experience. The hotel is only 500 meters away from Seattle Light Rail - Pioneer Square Station, which is not to be underestimated. This makes travel easy and convenient, whether it is going to the surrounding office buildings or exploring every corner of the city, it is as easy as walking around your own home. The various architectural attractions around, such as LexBlog, Henry M. Jackson Federal Building and Federal Office Building, etc., are like pearls scattered around the hotel, adding more cultural and historical charm to my trip. During my stay at Hotel 1000 Seattle, I deeply realized what is called a real luxury living experience. Every detail here is like a wonderful note, together composing an unforgettable travel movement.

Seattle, USA.

Seattle, USA.

5 days and 4 nights in Seattle Seattle is said to be one of the top three cities in the US for homeless people. 1️⃣ Seattle is beautiful in early November. The city is full of red and yellow leaves and autumn rain. You don't even need to wear a raincoat or use an umbrella. It's wet, but not greasy. It's a comfort zone for people with dry skin and rhinitis. 2️⃣ It's fine to stay in Downtown. Locals say it's safer to stay in the east, but for tourists, staying in DT is the most convenient, with many hotels, Pike Place Market, and the Art Museum all within walking distance. If you're going to Olympic or Rainier, the subway is also at the DT Public Library. I chose LXR, which was a great experience, with a $50 restaurant credit every day. 3️⃣ Try to travel together at night or take an Uber, but try not to go out after dark. 4️⃣ Line 1 from the airport to downtown is safe. After customs, follow the signs and it's easy to find Line 1. The carriages are clean and new, and there are security guards from time to time, so it's quite safe. A one-way ticket costs $3. If you take a taxi to downtown, it costs $70 or $80. 5️⃣ If you only go to one place in Seattle, I recommend Rainier! Before I left, I was told the mountain was closed, but when I got to the entrance, it was open. Then I experienced the most beautiful snow scene of my life, with only the sound of snow falling in the world, which was very healing. The key is that it's not cold. Just a jacket and cashmere, and it gets warmer. I heard that Rainier is also beautiful in summer, so I want to come back. 6️⃣ There's no line at the world's first Starbucks in the morning. I love jet lag, suddenly becoming an early bird, waking up at 6 am every day, and arriving at Starbucks at 7:30 am with no line. In the afternoon, or on weekdays, there is a line. 7️⃣ The spiciness of Rongcheng hot pot is not the same as Sichuan and Chongqing, and the mild spicy is basically not spicy. I tried Alaskan crab legs or seafood, which were good. There's a restaurant called Yard House that's delicious. Fortunately, I didn't encounter any homeless people or zombies these days, probably because I spent two days at remote attractions like Olympic and Rainier, took a taxi downtown, and tried not to go out at night. I met a few friends to chat with, including HRs who work here, travel to the US, and talk about everything from travel and family to stocks. But strangely, my appetite suddenly decreased after getting off the plane, and I felt very thin in the US these days.

From the right side of the 520 floating bridge in Seattle, walk about twenty meters under the bridge to reach the lake. On one side is the Husky Stadium and on the other side is the 520 bridge and the wooden fence long bridge. There are many small boats of various kinds swaying in the lake. When the sunset glow shines on the lake surface, it is really beautiful.

Seattle for foodies 😋

Seattle is such a lovely place that is often overlooked by tourists because of other famous big cities like NYC and San Francisco. But do not miss out on the amazing food here in North West America! Pike Place Market is famous for their seafood and try out the world’s best clam chowder right here. (it’s true they’ve got the award to prove it). Try their other amazing chowders in a sampler too 🤤 Also a must-go for coffee fanatics is the original Starbucks shop, the first ever in the world. Home to the first Starbucks reserve, Seattle has it all for the Starbucks fans 🥴 #foodie #urbanexplorer #summervacation
