Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate

Da Nang invites you to step into a charming cooking class, unlock the essence of central Vietnamese cuisine beside the blue sea and sky, and start a surprising journey on the tip of your tongue.

Course content Fresh seafood: The course lasts 3-5 hours, focusing on Da Nang characteristics, such as spicy rice noodles, steamed rice cakes, crispy fried spring rolls, etc. You will go to the local market to buy the freshest agricultural products, learn how to remove the fishy smell of seafood, and the exquisite wrapping method of spring rolls, etc., to experience the charm of seaside food. You can also learn to make coffee with four flavors: egg, coconut, salty and traditional. Students can personally create 5-7 authentic Da Nang delicacies in one class, and can also take away beautifully printed recipes and certificates after graduation, so that they can easily restore the delicious taste at home.

Small class teaching, excellent teachers: The number of students is usually controlled in a small class, so that the chef can give full guidance, and students can share interesting things about playing on the seaside, and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, adding to the fun of learning. Most of the chefs who teach the course are local senior chefs who have been rooted in Da Nang catering for many years and are familiar with local taste preferences. They adopt the method of demonstration first and then guidance, combined with local eating habits to ensure that students can master the skills accurately.

Full facilities: The cooking venue is spacious and bright. In some venues, you can also experience land preparation, vegetable planting, visit herb gardens, and learn about agricultural technology. The kitchen utensils are complete and have Vietnamese characteristics. Some venues also provide homemade rice wine, vodka and fruits with meals for free. Most of the ingredients come from Da Nang fishing port, local vegetable gardens, etc., which are fresh, plump and original.

Experiencing cooking courses in Da Nang will make you an expert in central Vietnamese food, leave a wonderful taste memory, open your own food chapter, enjoy the fun of cooking, and bring the unique flavor of Da Nang home, and share this delicious gift from the coastal port city with relatives and friends.

Delicious egg coffee! Probably the best we had in Vietnam. The atmosphere in the place is also very cozy. Great place to chill and relax. They also have wifi and some people were working here. The garden area is very nice. I highly recommend this place. Spacious for the size of the place. Certain sitting areas had a better advantage than others (aka, outlet and fan) so picking where you sit will impact the quality of your stay.

Pham Van Dong Beach - Da Nang, Vietnam

Pham Van Dong Beach with its developed infrastructure is one of the most famous in Da Nang. The beach is famous primarily for its soft white sand, which is pleasant to walk barefoot along the coastline, as well as calm, clear waters. Not far from the beach, there is a zone of shady palm trees and beautiful lawns - an ideal place for leisurely walks. Numerous coastal hotels and restaurants have been built nearby. In addition to a wonderful beach holiday, tourists are attracted to Pham Van Dong beach by crowded festivals and events that are regularly held here. Wonderful Thuan Phuoc Bridge

Wonderful Thuan Phuoc Bridge

Thuan Phuoc Bridge is one of the main attractions of Da Nang, which is definitely worth a look. Tourists usually do not reach it, because the dragon bridge in the city center is more interesting for them, but I decided to take a 5-kilometer walk to the highest Da Nang Bridge and was not disappointed at all. By the way, you can freely walk across the bridge, which I did. It's pretty scary, I'll tell you - because the altitude is high, and the wind is very strong. But the views of the city were definitely worth the adventure.

Cafe Cura Ngo - Danang

Cafe Cura Ngo - Danang

Visited this coffee shop around 10 am on the weekend, and it was quite uncrowded at that time. they offer a diverse menu with reasonable prices, especially considering its location in a touristy area. With many customers arriving at the same time. unfortunately, the café had only 3 staff members, and there was also an electrical issue, which caused delays in serving drinks. my friends had to remind the staff twice before their orders were finally served. despite this, i really love the design and atmosphere of this café. it feels cozy and relaxing in the winter and cool in the summer. if i have the chance, i would definitely come back.

My favorite bakery in Danang!

Bakeries and sweets are difficult things in Asia. Unfortunately, in Asian countries, cakes and pastries often looks so good like really really good but at the same time they taste like nothing. That's why I was extremely happy to stumble upon Bread & Butter Bakery in Da Nang, Vietnam. Same as everywhere in Asia their pastries look real nice but a pleasant surprise was that they also taste nice! They were not too sweet, they don't taste like paper, they not mushy, they are just pretty damn good! Coffee is average, nothing groundbreaking here, but my cappuccino went nicely to help wash down the absolutely delicious pistachio roll. The space itself is very nice, the staff is friendly, some tables are sort of lounge area with comfy sofa-like seats. #foodiejourney #100waysoftravel #vietnam #danang 📍Address: 192 Nguyễn Văn Thoại, Bắc Mỹ Phú, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam 🕰️Business Hours: 7 AM - 11 PM, every day 💰Average Price per Person: 100-200k dong
