It was a great spot to stay a bit far from the main locations but close to other spots, especially beach. Pros.: - The spot is clean. The rooms were perfect. One air conditioner worked strangely in one room. But again, we booked it for 3 people and had two nice rooms and one living room with a couch. - Amenities. Bathroom, swimming pool downstairs. Fridge, cattle, coffee. All good. - Flexible check-in and check-out. - Bike drivers do not bug you if you just want to walk. Cons.: - Sometimes there are no bike drivers around. Should walk or find another one.

Great location, clean, cozy, everything you're used to nearby. Wonderful, quiet air conditioning, comfortable large bed, safe, wardrobe, refrigerator, kettle, cups, spoons for tea, soap, shampoo, hot water, clean linen with swans from towels 👍, elevator. On the balcony there is a table, chairs, a dryer - super.. The balcony overlooked the market (404), but with the doors closed the noise is much quieter.. A great place to spend a few nights looking for housing or as a comfortable overnight stay. Thanks to ALL the hotel staff ✊🤝.

The price is quite affordable, and the service staff is quite friendly. The location is very quiet and not too noisy. There is a swimming pool at the door, but the water quality of the swimming pool needs to be improved. Each room has a small balcony, which is nice to sit on and eat at night. The main thing is that the hotel is a little far away from the center, and there are motorcycle taxis or songthaews.

I moved here after starting at the Yes O'Tel in Soi Buakhao which was a disaster. The room at Garden Place on the 6th floor was clean and serviced daily. The ensuite was clean and functional with plenty of water. There is a lift that actually works 😉 Really nice area to stay. Theres a mini supermarket close by and you are 3-5minute walk to the main drag. Beach Rd is 15 minutes walk or grab a Song teaw. The staff were really nice and the manager was most helpful

Clean room, cool air, close to accommodation, convenience store, many restaurants near liquor store. Near the beach, a 10-minute walk will take you to the parking lot, and the entrance signs are clearly visible. Good service staff if there is a chance to rest again
