I specifically booked a room with a view, and it offered a panoramic view of the waterfall. I could even watch the fireworks at night. The facilities are a bit old, though. What I didn't understand was the unclear charges for 'pay at the hotel' and parking fees. With taxes added, the total amount didn't match up at all. I reported it to Ctrip, and they refunded the difference, which is why I always choose to book with them – any issues are resolved satisfactorily.
It was my first time in this city. The hotel is new and the service is good. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the lake, with many restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. It was a great experience.

Very Nice Hotel. It provides spa & Kids Playhouse. We spend a whole days to walk around and enjoy the wonderful night. Recommend to stay for 2 nights at least.
The room was spacious and very comfortable. It had a great location with a panoramic view of the waterfall, which was absolutely spectacular. We could enjoy the view from our room at any time. The hotel is also very close to the cable car station, so you can take the cable car down to get a close-up view of the waterfall. The only downside was that the parking fee was quite expensive.
Make sure you read the small print about the view of the falls! We booked a room that said “falls view” as opposed to “city view” but when we came to check in it was partial falls view and the photos of the view out the window were incorrect and it was half falls view but with the corner of another hotel obscuring the full view. We paid another £152 on top of the £240 we paid for the room to upgrade to what we thought we were getting - ie the one in the photo of our booking (below)
Admittedly in the small print the word “partial” did appear so I had no recourse.
Expect a 20 - 30 minute wait for lifts to arrive to take you down and as a result breakfast was heaving!!
That said the room was lovely and it was clean and the views were brilliant…as you’d hope for £410 for one night!!
Oh and remember tax is on top of everything advertised - so the $70 parking is actually $87ish etc etc
A very good business hotel, the front desk staff is polite and considerate, the room is clean and sanitary, the mattress is very comfortable, and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. There are high-rise communities, Japanese-style parks, Indian and Japanese restaurants, and Southwest Chinese restaurants around. The accommodation environment is quiet, parking is convenient, safe, and convenient!
Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!

I just stayed for one night, so I didn’t experience much of the equipment. The room is clean and nice, and the service is timely. The hotel is near Osgoode subway station, in the busy downtown area.
The room's light was dim, which made it unsuitable for writing and working at night.
I didn’t get a chance to check my bag (after check-out and before leaving the city) because the staff was not always at the designated spot in the lobby—I didn’t have time to wait for them to come back.
We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

GGuest UserThis hotel made a great impression with its spotless facilities and genuinely kind staff. We felt secure throughout our stay, which added to the overall comfort. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re well-kept and functional—ideal for short visits or solo travelers. The warm atmosphere and cleanliness definitely stood out. A solid choice if you’re looking for a safe and friendly place to stay.
LLINGoing to the water park, the park is not big, but it is suitable for a few years old. The room is general, the surrounding food and shopping is convenient, there is a small Ole.

GGuest UserI saw the address and door of the apartment, but I actually got the key from the supermarket. The apartment is relatively new, with three rooms, two bathrooms and three beds. The decoration, furniture and appliances are all new, suitable for families.
GGuest UserSo grateful I managed to book this hotel while my first flight was delayed near midnight and I couldn’t catch the next flight back home. Thanks to trip.com I managed to book instantly and just walked over to the hotel right across T3. Had a good night sleep before I catch the next flight home at noon. The reception staff was friendly and showed sympathy and gave me a good room on the quiet side of the hotel.
Kkyes123nice little place pool was warm wish the slide be open more days then fri n sat had a park side view not much there but atleast nice lil balcony
AADELLINAFirst time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.
GGuest UserLocation: The hotel is not connected to the PATH, that you can walk completely indoor from lakeshore all the way to Dundas street, with access to loads of restaurants and shops. The southest connected building is one street across the hotel.
The room was newly renovated, yet it was not in a modern way: the room lights were not turn on by slot in the room card at the entrance (actually there's no such upgrade in the room at all!). I have turn on every single light when I go into the room and turn them off before I sleep. There's at least 6 of them!
Do not disturb sign still required to hang out the tag on the door handle, which fell off everytime you open the door!! super annoying
The lobby bar food were good and especially the staff were very friendly.
House keeping service were slow - I have to call to remind them to bring my items.
WWangconglongI chose this hotel for a layover and was quite satisfied!
Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and clean. Drinking water is provided, and the bedroom and bathroom are spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large TV. Some of the handles in the bathroom are a bit old, and you need to bring your own toiletries.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Quiet at night and close to the airport. There's a McDonald's nearby. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it suitable for transit but not for city sightseeing.
Service: The service is excellent, convenient, and efficient. The front desk staff handled check-in with fluent English, and you can check out as early as 5:30 AM. There's also a round-trip airport shuttle service.
MMin1991Maybe because we checked in late, they upgraded our room for free!
Slippers, pajamas, and water were provided for the first time.
There was also a 24-hour supermarket right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.
