This was the second time we stayed in this hotel, and the experience was always awesome. We really liked the room that we booked this time, and the vibes the view and the experience was good. Unfortunately I find the dishes during breakfast were quite bland and the choice was so limited, but we really like the relocations on the top floors, got really good views, and made the whole breakfast quite enjoyable. Regardless we will always recommend this hotel and definitely will stay here again in the future, 😁

The room was very spacious with a good amount of lounging areas. The best part is the bathroom that felt so exquisite and luxurious with a beautiful large bathtub. Service was very quick when we requested for extra towels, as well as our hairdryer not working. The only thing lacking in this room is the power sockets. There is only 1 area with power sockets which is by the work desk. There are none by the beds. This was inconvenient.

Room bit small and bit noisy but perfect location, inside the airport with food court downstairs, for early flight. Good internet and international tv chanels. Will come back every time i fly from Surabaya.

Very nice place. The parking lot also decent. Near mall. Easy to look for food in the area.

I have travelled with my wife for our Anniversary. I booked this hotel because of high rating in trip.com. However, I don’t feel like its worth the price. For a 5 star resort, it lacks lot of features and amenities. I am not complaining, the stay was good. The staff were great! However, I felt not satisfied either what the resort provided. First thing, It’s not big enough for a resort. Second, The rooms looked a bit old. I stayed in Premiere room, and the wash basin area is open towards the room. Personally, i don’t like this. Either put it inside washroom dry area, or put a door between bedroom and closet space. Anyway, the toiletries were still provided in plastics tubes. For a resort like this , i hope they can go for refillable soap dispensers instead of increasing this plastic wastage. Also , going to your room is like a game of maze. You have to take two elevator and walk a lot. If you want to go to parking area, add additional one more elevator.Thats a lot!

The hotel room is clean but there is no sound proofing. U can clearly hear noises from your room. Also, the hotel lobby is small and if you need a good rest and sleep, this hotel is not for you. There are too much sounds coming from above you and next to you.

Many banies crocockroach at night in guest room( sofa, carpet, tables under TV)🫣🫣 reported to Reception due c/o 3 floor view was not good coz there is big lighting dirrect the window. Many flies on Sweet Potato, Nuts during bfast. The Sweet Potato was stale. Nuts was good quality. At Pecel or Gado -Gado the steamed potato was very hard🤭🤭 In future will take pictures

Room very hot during the afternoon from the sun cannot open the curtain during daytime. We requested for non smoking rooms but no rooms available, staff didn’t reconfirm that they assign us in smoking floor. Avoid this hotel.

Ok for short stay, customer service go beyond & above as they called up & checking if you’re staying comfortable and room condition after few moment checked in the room. Received and cake & tea as complimentary from the hotel as well. The only problem is the bathroom didn’t have the floor separator, cause water leaked everywhere every-time after shower. Breakfast has lots variety and good taste. Overall is a good stay.

My 2nd time staying here and always satisfied with the warm service!! The receptionist was really helpful and nice. I love their modern and clean look, the room is super spacious! If your’re a breakfast buffet lover you must love their breakfast! 😍 Definitely worth ittt

While i agree that the location is OK, near to Malang Station. It's not spacious even for two people. Not recommended for more than 1 because it's not spacious for travellers. Also, when i asked for Iron + board, the hotel says they don't provide it. if you want , they have service for that and you must paid for it. so much for 3 or 4 stars hotel.

Our second, and definitely not last, stay at Bobopod. The pods are extremely cozy, and the wall control panel works excellently. Bathrooms are nice and clean with good personal space.

Hmmm, the water heater and frigde does not work properly in my room. It'd be better to give rating if they can fix it earlier. The scenery is beautiful enough. Highly recommended 😉👍🏻

Location is good, walking distance to 2 malls and to Univ Brawijaya where my daughter is currently studying at. Room is clean and functional. A bit dark though, should add more lighting. Otherwise, all good

Should be better off being marketed as a 3 Star hotel instead of 4. Checking-in was a breeze, but they do not bother helping with moving luggages. The doorman would just look at you. The room was big. The corridor isn’t carpeted, so you can hear doors slamming and people talking outside your room rather clearly. They do have comfortable bed and pillows though. There was no safety deposit box in my room. Called housekeeping, and a chap brought in the metal box... while hugging it. The box was light. He just placed it on a shelf, and walked away. I mean, what's the use of having a light, moveable safe? It's okay. 3 stars hotel experience. Was told that the hotel doesn’t provide iron and ironing board and guests can use their ironing service for a fee of course instead. Reminds me of some budget hotel stay instead of any other normal 4 stars hotels. The cleanliness was abysmal, honestly showering in public would be a better choice. I could not walk around inside there barefooted. The shower floor was slimy, with mould growing on the walls. It was unacceptable for being rated as a 4 star hotel. Service was good though. Everyone seems eager to please. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent as it's connected to a mall. Amenities wise just needs more sprucing up. Alright stay but for the price, there are other alternatives that can provide better.

The room we stay in is so dirty. We arrived at 10:00 PM because we took road trip. After 14 hours drive, we expected the room will.be nice. At least clean and comfortable to stay in. But what we found? It seems like the room never got cleaned for a long time. Under the bed, there was empty mineral bottle and a used spoon. Also a drawing sheet , probably from the guess who stayed before us. Dust are everywhere under the bedside table. When we moved the bed a little bit, dust are so thick under the bed, together with the empty mineral water bottle and used spoon. I reported this disappointment to the reception, and they said all rooms are occupied. Only a house keeper came to help sweep the dirty floor and mopped it. What a bad experience with a 4* hotel. Btw i was late to take a photo of all the trash in the room. Too tired 😩 The next day, the hotel manager handled this case and apologize. He allows late check out as compensation and sent fruit platters to our room. Thank you for this prompt compensation from their side.

Near Persada hospital, breakfast place so hot. Old building. Wifi not so strong sometime disconnect by itself. Staff friendly. Spa so bad i think they dont know what are they doing. Hotel atmosphere always dark.

Nice hotel, for a place to stay a couple nights. They validate parking in the underground parking garage. The front staff was very friendly and the room was clean and pretty modern. Great value for the price.

basic budget hotel in malang. unfortunately it seems like a pipe burst and the ceiling in my room started to leak at 2am. the front desk sent someone to fix it but it was only fixed for about 3 minutes before it started to leak again. it was 3am so barely slept at all. the hotel did not offer a change of rooms or any sort of compensation.

Stayed for 2 nights because it was so comfortable with good price. Nearby Tunjongan Plaza is a plus.

Second stay here! Got a floor on the 8th floor, not too bad of a view although I prefer to have it on a more higher floor. Service still remains impeccable. Big sized room and clean toilet! Breakfast daily would make you be spoilt for choice. Location right at the heart of Tunjungan road, where at night, it comes alive with pedestrians enjoying the night. Lots of nice eateries around too! Walking distance to the mall... This would definitely be my hotel again for my next trip!

Great with Swiss Belinn Surabaya. Except towels are not that new or clean....Anyway, almost everything is good and it's highly recommended.

The hotel room was large, clean n all amenities available. However the carpet of the room had a stale smell on the first day but bearable. Breakfast had asian spread but definitely food was not fresh. The salad n fruits didn't look as it was done in the morning. The soup was not piping hot. Our friends had a little upset stomach.

Great location near the train station. Friendly staff, English spoken. Large room with huge comfortable bed, very clean, excellent hot shower. We arrived from Bromo lacking sleep and slept peacefully here for 10 hours, very quiet, good soundproofing. There was a damp patch on the wall (see photo) but the room itself was not damp so not a problem, and we did kill a couple of small roaches but again not a problem. Nice views of the city. Excellent breakfast of fresh fruit and asian choices, enjoyed the sauteed greens, veg curry, tofu and tempe. We enjoyed our stay very much, refreshed and ready for our onward journey to Yogyakarta. Highly recommend, would stay again. To improve, the hotel could provide filtered water dispensers to remove the need for plastic bottled water in rooms.

Place was enjoyable, at city centre, although there was complications with reservation as they didn't priorly informed me they could not accommodate to the room I booked

The hotel staff cleaned our room well and gave us new towels. So many options for breakfast: porridge, chicken soto (soup), fried rice, noodle, pecel, salad, fruits, vegetables; bubur madura; fries; omelette, waffle; steamed sweet potatoes. The hotel even provides jamu (herbal drinks), juice, milk, cereal and coffee. The security helped us with our big luggages 🥰
