The Crown Palais New Hankyu Kochi

It is very convenient because you can go sightseeing on the train street, Hirome Market and Kochi Castle in front of you. It's a little far from Harima Bridge and Kochi Station, but it's within walking distance while sightseeing. It was a bit old but clean and comfortable. There is no large communal bath, but the bath in the room immediately filled with hot water and was able to use it without stress. I felt that breakfast was also better than when I stayed before. It was a pity that I couldn't see Kochi Castle from the room. It was the end of March, but it was essential to wear a mask in the hotel.

Clean hotel with amazing with of the Pacific Ocean from inside the room. The staffs are very helpful and offered to carry my luggage up the stairs. However due to language barrier, did not tell me that I can see the ocean and sunrise from my room. I missed the beautiful view as the curtains are close and did not discover the view until I was about to checkout. It is a regret as I believe the sunrise would be stunning. Would highly recommend booking at the restaurant in advance, as there is no much to eat and shop nearby. The restaurant is small scaled, so might not be able to cater last minute orders. Overall a very nice stay, given the budget. Suitable for those who are on driving.

I was asked to pick my husband up by car at the airport and stayed. It is located along the national route, it arrives in about 10 minutes and the parking lot is also large and convenient. Is it an interesting structure and the space divided into rooms and banquet halls is large? The front desk is narrow and small. The dining room is once outside and feels like reentry. The guests have a table in the back, but the atmosphere of the Temaeno tavern is good. The dinner was bonito and rice were very delicious. On the 7th floor, the view from the room was good. Just the pillow is peshanko, low and sorry !! The bed was fukafuka, so I want an option for the pillow. I think it would be good if you put multiple. The breakfast was rich. The rolls and fish were delicious, and the handmade caster do pudding was happy.

The parking lot was flat, so even the tallest estima was stopped without any problems. There was also a corona countermeasure with meals, and the front desk was also a polite response. The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. It is recommended if it is a business.

The hotel doesn't have a website that is easy to find in English so we went through a travel agency to make reservations. Weren't sure what we would get. Our point of comparison are Japanese business hotels which we presumed this was. However, while costing a bit more, the rooms were large with a separate shower area from the sink. Great view of station. Choice of no daily cleaning but fresh towels delivered daily. Breakfast has 45 min seating times. Nice Japanese breakfast selection. We stayed 3 days and there was a slight variation each day. While location is most convenient to the station and surroundings, the main tourist areas, e.g. Sunday market, are about a 15 min easy walk. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

It is really difficult to give a fair assessment here. Let's start with the situation: On A. Des Prophet – far from the shooting. No beach, the hotel is about 200 m above the sea, you can reach a kind of cave by cracking and is then on the seahole. The homepage has promised a stylish modern hotel – our room (for really much money) was also like that. Also the entrance hall – modern, maintained, but the rest! It is apparently an hotel that has changed the owner three years ago and now is to be renovated a piece for a piece. We have a modern room with all the comfort, Western style, there is nothing to make the ways to, the way to Ons and the restaurants are not renovated and look disgusted accordingly, the overall impression is unfortunately not consistent. The staff (the homepage spoke of an international team) is great! friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, only two people of English are powerful. But this problem can be solved largely with a Google Translator. We are here to recover three days in the Pacific before the journey continues. Recovery is possible here – You can do nothing as well as nothing. If you don't leave your room (from a certain category the minibar is filled free daily), it is quite relaxing, so it has fulfilled its purpose for us. We have had the Japanese dinner twice so far, which was of excellent quality, this evening we try the Italian, which is also available here in the hotel and are very excited. As mentioned above: the staff is very friendly. Concluded: if they spend a lot of money and plan to stay in their room for three days or for any time, it is very recommendable!

The atmosphere of the people at the reception was also good and very kind and comfortable. In addition, the two female staff at the restaurant that I used for breakfast were very kind and the food was delicious and I was very satisfied. My daughter who likes Anpanman was happy to receive an Anpanman toy. thank you very much. I was a little worried about the dust accumulated in the corner of the door of the room, but other than that, it was clean and I was able to stay with my children, so that was helpful. The elevator smelled of smoke, but I think this is a problem of the guests who stayed and not a problem of the hotel.

The room is small but clean. Breakfast is semi-self-service. You can freely eat drinks, staple food, fruits, soups, vegetable salads and some local specialties. You can choose one main dish, which is very good. The only thing I didn't feel good about was the day I checked in. Due to the typhoon and heavy rain, I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock and it was not the check-in time. I asked the front desk if there was a cleaned room that I could check in first so that I could change my wet clothes. The front desk clerk I checked the computer and said that I could pay 1,000 yen for early check-in. Although the amount was not much, I felt uncomfortable. In the past, when checking in in Europe, if there was a clean room, I would usually give the room card in advance. The hotel follows the rules but lacks human touch
OMO7 Kochi by Hoshino Resorts

Indeed a rare find during our trip through Shikoku and we certainly hoped we would have stayed for more nights. The hotel formerly known as Nikko Hotel, has been taken over by Hoshino Resorts and the theme is indeed very modern now yet not losing the authentic charm. Upon checking in, you picked all the amenities you need as well as lounge wear you can wear throughout the hotel. The rooms are all very nicely decorated and modern. The washing and drying machines are also the more modern ones which make washing a breeze without having to feed coins as it is all paid online . The public bath though not very big is conducive with a resting area outside offering great drinks such as Ginger Yuzu best served chilled. Breakfast is also very delicious and sumptuous with good choices . What is also worth mentioning is just next to the reception is a large map showing key places in Kochi and they also offer a walking tour to Sunday market . Indeed a rare gem in this trip to have stayed here
Jr Clement Inn Kochi

When I was looking for a new hotel as much as possible, this hotel was a hit. Since I used an airplane, I decided here because it is close to JR Kochi Station. The room was clean and clean, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. I was able to walk to sightseeing such as shopping streets, Sunday markets, Kochi Castle, Harima and Bridge. For breakfast, I had a Tosa Campach set meal at the adjacent shop ”Ekimaeno Camel”. It was very delicious and I was able to enjoy the breakfast that is typical of Kochi Prefecture. I was able to spend a meaningful trip to Kochi Prefecture.
