I loved the cleanliness of the place; it's incredibly spacious for a capsule hotel, which really impressed me. The shower area is clean and stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner. I received bread and coffee for breakfast. The only downside was that I wasn't aware there was no parking, so I had difficulty getting there and had to park in nearby paid lots. The location is excellent; there are convenience stores, a market, and the hotel is situated within a building that houses restaurants and cafes.

I recently had a wonderful vacation at a glamping hotel near Mount Fuji and left with unforgettable memories. This hotel provides a new accommodation experience and allows me to feel the beauty of nature. The setting is very beautiful, surrounded by dense woods and stunning mountain views. I was able to enjoy a comfortable bed and full bathroom in a luxurious tent while still being able to feel the ambiance of nature. The weather was perfect and sunny, allowing me to enjoy a barbecue and campfire outdoors. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. This glamping experience left a wonderful impression on me and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy nature and experience a unique stay.

Excellent view by the sea with no complains. Private ”onsen” in room so you can enjoy anytime during the visit. The food is good and that is a lot for both dinner and breakfast.
The air-con keep running and stop at night. I undertand that was keep warm indoor but it is a bit noisy at night.
The staffs keep up excellent service to every customer and we received a warm goodbye that is out of my expectation. The funny thing there were a lot of aged Japanese customers and I felt that like my retirement trip.

This trip, the most satisfactory hotel, the room is large, facing the sea to watch the sunrise, complete supplies, hot spring water for bathing in the room, but it takes a while to get hot water, there is a public hot spring upstairs, and I went to the public hot spring to wash in the next few days, it is so convenient, the open-air hot spring on the top floor is used alternately by men and women, I experienced it at night and in the morning, it is more comfortable than indoors, the room environment is quiet, the sleep quality is good, the self-service beverage area on the second floor is not open 24 hours a day, the shuttle bus to and from Beichuan Station has a schedule, and there is a phone number in the picture below, you can call a car to pick you up when you come back at night, otherwise it will be more difficult to walk with the luggage, the front desk can speak English, there is also a handsome Chinese guy, not every day, it should be noted that the restaurants and supermarkets here close early and there are few, later we would buy some food on the way back every day, otherwise we would go hungry 😂 The internet celebrity's Heigen Rock Bath is free for guests staying in surrounding hotels, you must experience it, it is better to experience it yourself than to read other people's comments, it is really an unforgettable trip, I have been missing it these days since I came back

The onsen hotel has 3 buildings and each has their own onsens. We went to the day tripper onsen, which is the best.
The onsen at main building (roof top) is small with only one bath space and the wall is covered with mould.
Dinner and breakfast were good.
The hotel is near jogashaki coast and mt omuro, about 20 mins drive. We booked a room with private onsen and enjoyed it thoroughly

Hotel located conveniently 1 min walk from Shizuoka station. Room is much bigger than standard Japanese hotel so it's a great point. Lobby gives us a high class feel. However, one only down point is there are no laundry at the hotel so for people who stay long it might be a point to turn it down. Other than that, the rest are perfect.

We got picked up at Atami Station in a free shuttle.
The Hotel is located on a cliff, with stunning views of both the ocean and the city.
The Hotel has a very interesting design, it looks kind of old fashioned but in a grand, fun way.
We stayed in a Japanese style room, was fine.
The 3 separate onsen baths were amazing. Great views, Sauna was good too.
Food was a buffet, but it was freshly made and high quality.
We were very happy with the hotel and would definitely recommend it

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the mountains near Shuzenji Temple. We originally booked this hotel expecting a beautiful view, but the waiter actually gave us a room facing the staff entrance. Not only did we not have a window view, but as soon as we opened the curtains, we could see the staff coming in and out and the garbage trucks, which really affected our mood. The hygiene in the hot spring dressing room was also worrying. The wall near the exhaust fan was obviously dusty and dirty. The hygiene of this hotel was not very good. 😑 There was hair left by someone on the bedside in the room. Sigh😑, I have to give a bad review.

GGuest UserClean hostel with comfortable beds, very nice feature to be able to close the doors for privacy. No eating allowed in the room, but there is a microwave in the lobby. Unfortunately no kettle so no instant noodles or coffee can be made, which would be a good touch. The women’s floor is separated by locked doors to ensure only the women can enter the rooms which made me feel safe. Very good for the price and if you’re comfortable in a hostel environment.

I took the free shuttle bus from the outlet and got off at the first stop, Tomei Gotemba, and walked for a few minutes to get there, which was very convenient. The hotel is great! The receptionist is very enthusiastic and can use Chinese and English, so everything from check-in to problem solving was very smooth. The room is large and equipped with a safe and microwave, which is very convenient. The best thing is that the room can be soaked in hot springs, which is extremely comfortable. Be sure to buy breakfast when you check in, it's worth it, you can eat until you lean on the wall! In short, it's great!

GGuest UserIt is what you can expect from a Dormy Inn : lots of freebies, a comfortable room and a bathhouse area with the bonus point of having a good Mount Fuji view especially if you get the rooms facing the right side.
The hotel's clearly geared for people who drive, there is two main carpark areas but it can get filled up quite quickly during peak holiday periods. The breakfast was sumptuous and excellent as expected from a Dormy Inn. There is a nice late night soba service and popsicles in the evening. Location wise, it is only a short drive away from the Gotemba Premium Outlets and some local sights. It is located next to Chichibunomiya Memorial Park with a former villa. The hotel is also pretty new.

MMattQiI had a fantastic stay at Toyoko Inn! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable and convenient.
