Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

My enchanting trip to Cambodia was complemented by a stay at a remarkable hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and it felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal for exploring the city’s rich culture, and the spacious pool was an inviting retreat. The staff were warm and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. Our guided tour to the temples was particularly memorable, led by an amazing guide whose passion for the history was infectious.

The room is clean and spacious with a nice big bathroom, although there was no hot water to shower. There’s a mini fridge, kettle and safe in room. They provide bottled water, coffee and tea. There’s a nice pool and restaurant on site with good food and prices. It’s convenient to minimarts, restaurants and laundry places. The only downside is there are hostel rooms that tend to cater to the young and drunk crowd. Some have been very loud in the hallways after midnight until 4:00am. And some party at the pool all night although the pool closes at 22:00. Evidently the hotel does not enforce the pool hours or any kind of quiet hours. It can be very disturbing if you have a balcony room with a pool view. There are roosters that start crowing around 4am and the call to prayer starts just after 5am

The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

The Twizt is an incredible stay! 5 minute Walk away from the pub street (which is great as it is not too noisy), you find a great hostel with an appealing interior design. Furthermore, you have an awesome rooftop pool, neat bathrooms and a sufficiently big room. ALSO: I forgot my headphones there. Within 1 day, I got them back at my hostel in Phnom Penh since they sent them on the same day they found them! Great service and once again, thank you! :) Only negative Point: No windows in the rooms - for longer stays at the hostel, you may visit the lobby or the rooftop bar.

Breakfast starts at 6:30, and on our last day we had to leave the hotel at 6:00, so we had given up on breakfast, but they suddenly made us an omelette, which we were impressed with. The location is a few kilometers from the city, so you don't get to walk around the hotel. The pool is about 20 meters long, so we had a good swim. We stayed for two nights, but there was no hot water. We complained on the second morning, and they said they would fix it, but they didn't. Well, it was hot, so we didn't have any problems with the cold shower, so we didn't complain too much. The hotel's lunch was delicious, but a little pricey. The airport shuttle was very expensive. We recommend arranging this elsewhere. I've written about a few drawbacks, but overall it's very good value for money, and I would be happy to pay twice the price. I recommend it.

The swimming pool is lovely and good in size. There is a pool bar but services is slow and not very attentive to customers needs. The orchid restaurant serves a varied breakfast. The main restaurant serves lunch and dinner. The food in this restaurant is tasty but be vary as you may not always get what you ordered, e.g. you may be give large prawns instead of lobster that you ordered. The room size is very good. Getting to the main town is easy by tuk tuk and they are easily available.

Cambodian furniture is massive, a cherry red color and practically speaking, immovable. Had NO problems with the internet and had a good nights sleep. Outside the hotel are tuk tuks - dedicated to the hotel - ready to whisk away any visitor to any part of the city one chooses to vist. The drivers do speak English. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, and for a vegetarian the selection was adequate - barely. Cost of the buffet is USD 5.00 Alongside the rooftop breakfast room (terrace) there is a small swimming pool, more suited to those who wish to cool off, rather than those hoping to swim laps. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. A couple of major markets are within walking distance. Vit KIng restaurant (exclusively vegetarian) IS close by, but the selection is pretty limited unfortunately. Siem Reap is a nice town, well worth spending a few days in. Pretty much wherever one would want to go (with the exception of some attractions like Angkor Wat), is within walking street - the entertainment hub, and tourist market - Pub Street is nearby. If staying more than a night, ask for a discounted rate. The reception desk staff are helpful and well informed.

I went to SR for visit and working , was stay at this hotel 3 night, room is nice with clean , price is acceptable with gift floor and good WiFi , I was very upset with services, there is not a standard service, just a bit case but they tried to lied us , the case We can’t access TV I. The room they tried to lie us since I check in till check out just tell there are problems with TV Cable company 😅 firstly they told me they bought smart tv box arrived hotel then TV remote not accessible! Finally is about Tv cable company look like they think we are local guest not much money to pay therefore no solution like change from another room to our room , just set up honeymoon flower a bit expensive 7$ charged . But night shift staff he is good and kind

As a female solo traveler, I felt extremely safe and comfortable at Memoire Siem Reap. It's also my first time in Cambodia. All of the staff- the reception staff, facilities staff, restaurant staff and security guard were all very welcoming, kind and helpful throughout my stay. They were very attentive and made sure I had what I needed. I scheduled tours on my own but I don't doubt that they would provide you with the info if requested. I especially admire the manager, Sokhorn, for making the time to check in with me and ask me how my stay was going. Personally I did not want to stay in the center (near the river, pub street, etc) So the hotel's location was better for me. Next door there's a huge supermarket and a bank across the street. The options for breakfast were wholesome for the day of adventuring ahead!

Beautiful place in the middle of nature. Fine cabins and beautiful decoration. Also swimming pool and the environment wonderful. The only minus was the drumming from the near neighbor at 6 a.m. that ended only at 8 a.m. apparently some religious ritual. Otherwise we were very well. Leena

The riverside suite tent is not recommended, there is no special scenery by the smelly ditch. This room is very gloomy. I booked three apartment types in two days. This room is four thousand a night. Apart from sleeping, I really don't want to stay in it, the most worthless room. Breakfast is ok, with fruit, vegetable salad, and freshly squeezed juice, which is very thick. I absolutely regret it after the dinner, it's unpalatable, and it's very expensive. A bowl of spaghetti is more than 20 dollars, and I can’t eat it after a few bites. I ordered four dishes. Hey, it's better to have instant noodles. Japanese management, but there is a fat-faced woman at the front desk. I want to swear. The only satisfaction is that after Ctrip communicates with the hotel, there is a free hotel pick-up and drop-off on the day of check-in and check-out. It's okay to experience it for one night

Moringa Tree Maison is a combination homestay and boutique hotel. Rooms can be booked nightly or as part of The COPE NGO initiative, Bricks of Hope Voluntour Program that the hotel sponsors. I came to Moringa Tree Maison as part of the 8-day voluntouring opportunity that they sponsor. The 7 of us that came to volunteer for the week were all from different countries and the staff did everything to make us all feel at home and welcome all week. The staff was amazing. They knew all of our names and greeted us with friendly smiles, a cold towel, and the signature Moringa Tree cold beverage when we returned from our day out. They did everything they could to make our stay a memorable one. The property itself is beautifully decorated, with tranquil gardens and an organic garden that supplies all of the veggies served in their meals. They are eco-conscience with solar providing almost half of the property's electricity. You also won't find plastic, single-use products on-site. The best part is that all the people they train and hire are all from their community. The Voluntour program through The COPE NGO, that I was there for, is sponsored by the hotel. It was an 8 day/7 night opportunity to build a house in a local community with full-on days of playing tourist with a licensed guide. The 7 of us all said that this program was the most memorable part of our individual trips. I will be telling everyone coming to Cambodia that this is the best tour that they can do here. Whether you want to stay at Moringa Tree Maison for a couple of nights or go for the Voluntouring program, you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend Moringa Tree Maison.

This is a walk-on-go trip, and this Mane Harihalaya is the most wonderful part of this trip! First of all, the smile in the lobby is the friendly smile. The welcome is a cold and cool flavored drink and fresh fruit plate. You can have an extra bed according to your needs. The service is very good. The pool is clean and comfortable. In addition to swimming, Mochi, very very clean! In addition, it is worth a great deal of food in the hotel restaurant. It is simply color and smell to the point of breaking the table. Thank you to the hotel lobby and restaurant manager for a very happy trip to Angkor! Next time still choose Mane Harihalaya 👍👍
