Hotels With Wi-Fi in Jeju Province, South Korea

The hotel is good. A small incident happened at the laundry area whereby my husband hurt himself due to him missing a step in the laundry room, causing him to cut his foot on a sharp corner. Luckily the front desk lady, Ms Lim attended to him on time. Thanks to her. However, the hotel should do something at the sharp edge (photo 5)to avoid it happening again.

Hotel is near to black pork street but I requested the high floor room they only give me 3rd floor room. My booking is sea view room thus stay is 3rd floor i cannot see any view. Mineral water is charged KWD1,000 per bottle. The shoes is reusable not the type of disposable. The toilet blind cannot closed properly , can see thru. The staff some very friendly some not really friendly. We stay in the family room, they supposed to give us 3 pcs towel and pyjamas but when I call to request of it they said currently is out of stock.

First of all, I reserved a garden view when making a reservation, but the garden overlooks the roundabout. Please note that the other side requires a poolside view. And since the hotel is located far from the main road, traveling by foot may be difficult. The room was in good condition and there was a convenience store next to the lobby, which was convenient.

I recently stayed at LOTTE City Hotel Jeju and while there were some positives, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Firstly, the location is fantastic, with stunning views that truly enhance the experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that most facilities come with an extra charge. This made my stay feel less value for money, especially considering the overall cost. Additionally, I encountered an issue with early check-in. Even though my room was available, I was required to pay a fee to check in early, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the additional charges and policies detracted from the experience. I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value for money.

It's like being at home. Every time we visit Jeju, we choose to stay here. The location is convenient, the place is clean, and all the staff are incredibly helpful. Their ability to speak English and Japanese is especially useful in a country where English isn't widely spoken. We'll definitely be returning here time and time again.

The hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide. The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating. Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

Stayed 1 night before our return fight the next day’s morning. We chose it given its convenient location. Hotel is 10 mins drive from airport. Black pork street and Dongmun market are within walking distance. Room is clean though interior is a bit old. Front desk assistants speak good English. Air conditioner is centrally controlled so guest can’t adjust the temperature.

Stayed in Rm 506. Quiet place , some stubborn stains on carpet floor. It was to be mountain view but alas not at all. Window facing building .Bring along toothbrush & toothpaste ( not provided ). If driving ,pls slowly enter narrow carpark entrance. Receptionist at hotel counter does not speak English but a lady staff who converse in Mandarin , helped.

The staff are friendly and professional when we need assistance. The room is very clean and bright, comfortable bed and pillows! Convenient locate to restaurants 、shops, waterpark(was good but towels not provided, bring your own or purchase at entry) and theme park (quite small). Free parking and Wi-Fi provided. BUT when the China and Taiwan tours arrived the vibe changed to feeling like we were immersed in a tour hotel in China. Housekeeping found it a challenge to replenish our amenities after the influx of the groups it seems they must have been overworked or understaffed - forgetting to replace old towels and remove our garbage and 3 consecutive days it happened during what was a 8 night booking we checked out early and went elsewhere the last 2 nights. The tours groups seemed to be most interested in the casino in the Marriott. Of the 3 properties, this was the most peaceful - Shinhwa Hotel is STRICTLY for families with young kids in my opinion, Marriott not worth the extra (they include the pool $ in the price but if you don't swim or weather not good you have paid for it OR unless you want Marriott Points or interested in the Casino right below you and a lot of adult guests roaming around at late hours. We had the connecting room deal (KLOOK or Hotel direct booking only deal) - very good value.

Great hotel on Jeju, close to lots of bus stops and easy to find. Surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants and close to the market. It’s an easy hotel to get anywhere from. The check in was easy and quick and the room was neat and tidy. Just enough room for one person. The Internet was good and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet at night. Felt very safe for solo female travellers and there are washing and drying machines in the basement. Would recommend

The view from the rooms on the 6th floor is limited. It is recommended that you choose to stay on the 7th floor or above, or choose a room without high buildings next to it. When I moved in, there were bottle caps left by other guests on the table (I forgot to take a photo), and there were dust and water stains in the cups in the bathroom, so we didn't use them. It's generally OK. The location is also good, and it's convenient for shopping and eating around.

The location is far from the city downtown. The swimming pool was closed without notice during the monsoon season on June 30, 2024. That was disappointing. There is only one restaurant open within walking distance. The food was not that good. The convenience store has a limited selection in the lobby. We only stayed one night and Uber to Udo. We stayed at the charming, excellent Breeze Bay Hotel.

This hotel/resort has varying huge size rooms catering to different number of occupants. The villas/rooms are in different clusters with free car parking and would be important that you have your own car so you could easily move luggages to your designated block. The only bad thing is that all villas/rooms have no lifts especially you have many luggage and are heavy - highest being level 3. I have to lug my 19kg luggage up to level 3 with a sea view 😓

We stayed for 3 days and overall pleasant stay. Will stay again if visit the Seogwipo area. Hotel entrance is small and we almost missed it when drove through the first time. Convenient location. Olle market is within walking distance. It is not far from Cheonjiyeon Waterfall and Oedolgae rock with 10-15 mins drive. Hotel room is clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and some can speak reasonable English. We booked for standard twin room and the hotel gave us free upgrade to deluxe twin. The only drawback is the air conditioner in the room is a little noisy and the wash basin is outside the washroom.

Medium priced hotel in a great location with a good view of the mountain. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to some key locations. Although the breakfast was good value for money, I felt it was a bit lacking. And a few times, the cleaners forgot to refill the towels and water. Otherwise, a mostly positive experience.

The lady at the front desk doesn't speak Chinese, so we didn't communicate much, but the service was pretty good. The price is not expensive, and it's quiet at night. The downside is that it's a bit far from the airport, but everything else is good

😃Actually, it is right next to the popular Parnas Hotel, located in the Chinese Resort of Seogwipo. There are few people and beautiful scenery. The key is that the price did not increase during the National Day holiday, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The hotel is basically full of Koreans. I didn’t meet any Chinese people during the three days of stay. 😭, I will write down my experience for your reference 🌲Huge natural garden! 🏞️The vast sea! ⛰️The cliff trail full of wildness! 🏝️Comparable to the top island atmosphere in Southeast Asia 😃Stayed at the Life Hotel in Seogwipo, Jeju Island 🛖The atmosphere is not inferior to 🏝️The first-line big-name hotel in Nusadua, Bali, is also on the cliff, very much like the Bali Hilton, facing the sea, opened in 1990 and maintained very well, it only takes 2h✈️+🚌 to get there from Shanghai, it is perfect for lying down! 1️⃣Convenient transportation Exit from Gate 5 of the airport and take bus 600/601 to the hotel entrance in 1 hour 2️⃣Check-in Arrived at the hotel at 12 noon and was informed that check-in would start at 14:00. The lobby is located on the highest floor above the cliff, full of French style + Korean exquisiteness. After storing the luggage, go to the columnar joint belt + lunch, and come back to check in on time at 14:00. The room is very large, 40+ square meters, with a balcony facing the south sea view. Bathtub, shower and toilet are separated, and the minibar is moderately priced 4️⃣Entertainment facilities 3 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor swimming pools are connected, very large, with poolside bar, and LIVE at night; the hotel gym, game room, and outdoor small zoo are very interesting 5️⃣Hotel environment and beach The hotel is a huge garden on the cliff, and the plant maintenance is great. Under the cliff is the Chinese bathing beach, which requires a mountain trail to go down. There are few people on the beach, and there is a volcanic rock, which is good for digging sand and catching the sea! 6️⃣Surroundings You can walk to the Teddy Bear Museum, the most beautiful Starbucks in Jeju Island, and there are bhc fried chicken and convenience stores nearby. The disadvantage is that there are fewer foods within walking distance, which is not as mature as other places. It takes 2-3km to take a taxi to be lively. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to the columnar joint belt, 25 minutes to the dragon head coast, and 30 minutes to the Jeongbang Waterfall, Independence Rock, submarines and other attractions in Seogwipo city

We choose the ondol setting and we loved it. The mattress is quite thin and thinner than other Korean mattresses we slept on. The bathroom is not so clean there was still some hair. The hotel is very quiet and there is a CU grocery store in the hotel. I would consider coming back for being quiet.

The location is good and the room is comfy! We got upgraded room with a view. Unfortunately the pool is down, but other than that all is good! The staff is also very helpful
