Having stayed in 5 different hotels, this one was a first off (and last time) experience, I wrote an e-mail to the hotel management and am still waiting for their answer. Having booked & prepaid 3 rooms (for 6 people) everyone had to provide ID cards/passports, also a form had to be filled to let the hotel know where we cane from, and where we would be going next (?) this is not a SHA+ hotel in the middle of Bangkok! When asking for a copy of the policy, I was shown a sign where it stated that who booked must show proof if ID - After reading this aloud, the employee just shrugged and said everyone had to ID themselves. So we complied. The rooms were small but very clean, housekeeping staff was very friendly and checking out only required to put the hotel key pass into a box at the counter. The location is definitely not to be recommended, nothing nearby in walking distance.

Breakfast is not bad, but the purple cabbage is not fresh The room is okay, the waiter is nice, help me find the address I want to go eagerly Surrounded by private houses, the rural environment is not bad, you can walk to the streets and roads not too far

Stayed there for one night in a basic room. walk-in rate 750THB. For some reason no available bookings via B.com or Agoda, though the hotel was hardly occupied. Rooms were indeed very basic (but visibly recently refurbished). Small fridge with 2 bottles of still water. Good beds, enough wall outlets, small flatscreed TV. Good (and quiet) airco. No small handtowels in the bathroom, no coffee making facilities, no hair dryer ... the latter things were not a problem for us, but I can imagine other guests being disappointed. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic as well ; toast/eggs/saucages or thai style; rice soup, krapauw & white rice. Ideal location for an evening out with friends (as we did). Plenty of restaurants (incl. live music) within walking distance. Would go back there because of the location.

The Premium Residence Hotel Roi-Et City is an honest three (3) stars plus, hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the super helpful staff, who helped me seamlessly checked in, settle down, connect through and check out of the hotel. With their excellent English plus Thai speaking / bilingual skills, they even assisted me with a direct onward bound reservation in Yassothon, as well my transport to the bus terminal. My room was comfortable and classy and same goes with my observation and experience of the reception area. Continental breakfast (self-serve, buffet style) was amortised into the price and it was solid. The grounds showcase some some lovey shrubbery and trees (including some skillful topiary) and for those with their own transport, I can advise that the car / motor bike parking is ample and secure. In terms of location, it is just off the centre of the downtown / city lake precinct. The museum is very close and it is no more than an easy, flat two (2) to (3) kilometers to other major attractions in the area (see my YouTube), including the Roi-Et Tower and the big tall Buddha at Wat Burapha Phiram. I hope to return to enjoy the amazing hospotalty here again, soon.

I would happily stay here again if I ever find myself in Roi Et. The staff are friendly & although they don't speak much English they certainly are helpful, the young lady who was usually on reception was always smiling & always helped us out with the use of google translate on her mobile phone. The room we stayed in (404) was very clean & tidy, it had all we needed, the maid service was excellent, the beds were stripped & re-made with fresh sheets every day & fresh towels supplied each day too. Breakfast was good & the coffee shop adjoining the hotel served up a good coffee in the mornings. A big thank you goes to all the staff for making us feel welcome & particularly the young lady who always helped us out with google translate when we were dealing with the tuk-tuk driver. THANK YOU! A seafood restaurant on the premises of this hotel. There is a live band with a stylish interior. The name of the store is อิสานเลียปาก (not hit in this name) There is a big raw kid 5. One lobster. Cani Happon curry. Drink beer Shikotama and convert it to yen for about 6,000 yen. A small city of Ethan, which is said to be such a poor. Moreover, it is far from the sea. A lot of wealthy people in Royette came.

This is an old hotel, don't have high expectations for breakfast, but eat enough. The parking lot is large. There is a coin-operated washing machine, and the laundry detergent is bought separately. Not far from the night market.
