Good hotel if you want to transit after crossing Malaysia-Thailand border before continuing trip to Hat Yai or Songkhla. Unfortunately we arrived in the next morning, couldn't spend the night at the hotel. But the reception allow us to check out late due to late checkin. This hotel is very strategic, right in front of Lee Garden hotel and the street market surrounding it. The room is nice and clean, the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also included with the room and they have a good variety of breakfast menus. The thing which amazed me was they are willing to take a separate order to cater for vegetarian without an extra charge. So far, it was a memorable and good stay for my mum and me and I will definitely come back here again ☺️

Location is nice by walking distance to Central festival mall, it is just next to the building. Room space are huge and clean. The hotel staff attend to our issues immediately when we encountered water leakage in the bathroom. Room is slightly noisy in the night.

We were assigned this hotel after signing off from our vessel. Mosquitos were buzzing around as the receptionist checked us in. This hotel have seen better days and would make an excellent choice for a ******* hotel film set. The furniture and furnishings are really really rundown. Stained carpets and yellowed wallpaper greet you at the room. Curtains looked like they were installed in the 70s and mosquitoes buzzed around as you open them. No complimentary coffee or tea but there’s an electric kettle though. Hot water only for the showers, hot enough to cook noodles kind. No fridge and the wifi connection is not stable. The receptionist were polite when I called to raise the issue with them. Said ok and asked for my room number but nobody came to rectify the problems. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are not doing anything to make sure the guest’s stay are comfortable and pleasant. Bad wifi connection, hot water only showers and no fridge. It’s especially bad since I have quarantine in the room for 14 days. All my other friends have similar problems in their rooms. It like the hotel is planning to shut down soon because broken things are not fixed and appliances are not replaced.

Overall, it is a good budget hotel to stay in. This is a long historical hotel in Hat Yai. The building is very old already; however, it has a spacious size. Kindly do not overexpect when you wish to stay here. The lighting is not quite bright. During the day, the lobby area is quite dark, and they shall turn on the lobby light in the evening. The hotel has a lift, so it is quite convenient for those who bring their family members along. When you go up to the upper floors, your feeling will be changed. It's actually a big hotel. Maybe because it is already old, the hotel management does not focus much on professional hospitality. On the other hand, it provides a cheap price to stay thus this conpensates what we do not receive from its best service of hospitality.

I went to Hatyai for 4 days 3 nights with my friends and we chose this hotel because of the price. The price is very cheap and affordable for those who have a low budget to travel. But I didn't expect that when we got to the room we're speechless because the room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. I didn't think we would get such a room for such a cheap price.. and the receptionist was also very kind and cheerful. I will stay at this hotel again if I go to Hatyai again..🥹

Hotel room was big and provided all except for toothbrush and toothpaste. We brought our own so doesn’t matter. It’s just that the shower areas, though it has bathtub and the other shower head for shower, the one with shower head is very small. Doesn’t have space to turn ard and water will wet the whole floor if you don’t pull the curtain. Other than that, all good. Bed was comfy not too soft. Pillows too.

I love it! It was better than my expectation, the room is very simple yet nice, the bed is very cozy and the toilet is clean. Though I have to say they can change the towel already because some of them are torn. They room doesn't have any chair to sit on so it's kinda difficult if you wanna sit and eat at the table. The channel on the tv is also very limited but other than that I love it!! It's close to most of the Place of interest in HatYai like Greenway Market, Asean Night Bazaar and Central Hat Yai. The security and the hotel staff is friendly too. Will definitely comeback here if I travel to Hat Yai again. Overall, this hotel is very cheap yet very good!!

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Very good location, close to the Gion Shopping Plaza, walking distance to Jinrong Market, santisuk Market, Robinson Shopping Street and Oden Shopping Street. The train station is nearby and you can see the station building from the hotel. There are also many halal restaurants nearby...you can go around nearby. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is good, and the room service is good. You can easily go to other places by tuk tuk or double row car in front of the hotel. But make sure you will bargain. If I go to Hat Yai, I will definitely return to this hotel.

This electric kettle is very popular, with 2 sets of cups, seasoning utensils and spoons. This Nestle coffee 3 in 1 is not free. The price is normally 800 baht a day, but it should be adjusted in the future to include wireless and hair dryer. The waiter was quite friendly and the underground parking was very cool. Because this hotel is eating halal food, there is no pork here. But you can buy alcoholic drinks here. But what is uncomfortable is that this movie is all sounded in Thai. I really hope that the manager can handle this. The hotel rooms are still very good and clean. I still want to live here compared to other Hat Yai hotels.

Revisiting Hatyai and Songkhla. Hotel is closed to Diana Shopping complex (150 metre walk), Greenway night market (about 800 metre walk) and Central Festival Shopping Complex (1km walk). MC Donald is just beside Diana Shopping complex. About 1km walk to Chok Dee Dim Sum. A few Tuk tuk is always on standby outside the hotel so it is convenient if you need one for your travel around the city.

I stayed here during a short trip and was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and spacious, and the Wi-Fi was super fast. The free coffee was a nice touch, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s also so close to the border, which made traveling really convenient!

Unplanned trip to Dannok, so we book last minute. Surprisingly the price is very affordable, and check in process was smooth. I like everything about the hotel, except it didnt provide iron 😢

I really enjoy staying there and really convenient since everything is just nearby like 7eleven, watson, boots and etc. Even the hotel is clean and good. The price is even good and this is my third time and got the same room everytime 😂

It was just a transit stay, so I didn't expect much from this hotel. They allow customers to smoke in the rooms, which left a terrible, disgusting cigarette smell. We immediately requested a room without the odor. You get what you pay for, don't expect too much. The only best thing is walking distance to Malaysia & Thailand border.

Came here for an anniversary trip. They even surprised us with an anniversary deco. It was so cute and pretty. I really love the rose petals on the bed. Staffs are all very polite and helpful. Thai people hospitality is great. To be honest, I would rate this hotel million stars because I love it that much. It is serene, secluded, beautiful, breathtaking and scenic. Every part of this hotel is beautiful. And I still remember the scent of the lobby. So memorable and calming. My families already wanted to come here after my review and I am definitely will come back here again and again. Love this place so much. Highly recommended especially for honeymoon or anniversary trip.

I love this hotel for much. Even though it's only a one night stay, I will definitely stay in the same hotel if I will come back again. You can sense the hotel is operating with heart, looking from the details in the room. From the paper cup design, the hair dryer provided (saloon type, not those cheap hair dryer), the kettle (with steel inner layer), the dust free table top, clean microwave etc. You can rest assure you can count on it👍👍👍

Stayed here for 2 nights. The building is old and the room feels dim. Their buffet breakfast has quite the options. The hot water does not run efficiently, it was a rainy season on December and I'm freezing cold. Surprisingly, they have a bath tub in the room ! The balcony gives a fresh air in the morning. Overall stay was fantastic !

Comfortable and well equipped rooms with mini fridge, water kettle, and cold AC. The room size is good, slightly above average . The beds are some of the most comfortable we've encountered in Thailand. Wifi is very fast. A downside is location, quite far from Hat Yai and Songkhla old Town. Covered carpark carpark available, but very tight - small cars only

I stayed at their most basic Standard Single and it was still a pretty nice room with a comfortable queen size bed in a nice contemporary design room. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly although the outside of the hotel does look slightly dated. The location is good for Songkhla - probably a 5 minute drive from all the main attractions - Samila Beach, Tangkuan Hill or Old Town Songkhla. Breakfast is ok - not too many choices but does have good mix of Asian and Western Items. Food is tasty and after breakfast, the restaurant becomes an ala-carte outlet. Food is ok but slightly pricier than outside but you pay for convenience. Parking is at the back of the hotel and is secured so dont have to worry about curb side parking.

This hotel is very nice because it is location wise it has all access to the landmarks in Songkhla.

If I go to Songkhla I will always stay here, I am really satisfied. View of Samila beach and the best thing is, the breakfast is all halal and delicious!! Very recommended!!

We stayed here for 1 night, the service staff gave good advice. There are 3 swimming pools. 1. Children's water park. Let outsiders play, buy a ticket 150 baht, do not play, pay 20 baht entrance fee 2. Pool next to the water park for outsiders to play. 3. The pool above for customers who stay at the hotel Breakfast is served as a set in the room with a menu to choose when checking in. There is a koi pond for the children to enjoy watching and tired of going down to take a walk in front of the beach.

Ces chambres sont à 800 en plus. Une bouilloire mais sans verres et sans tasses. Il a fallu que je demande des verres de carton à la réceptionniste qui n'était pas trop serviable. Sans l'aide de son collègue plus aidant, nous n'aurions jamais eu de verres. Nous avons pris la bonne habitude de toujours avoir du café avec nous en Asie. Le rouleau de papier de toilettes était entamé de moitié. Pas fort! Le wifi était satisfaisant. La propreté laissait à désirer dans son ensemble. Il y avait plusieurs canaux télévisés. Le matelas et les oreillers étaient moelleux et confortables. Le mobilier était vieillot. Il y a un ascenseur. Nous avons apprécié la ruelle piétonnière avec son activité gastronomique et festive en soirée à deux pas de l'hôtel. Nous vous proposons quelques photos.
