Hotels With Wi-Fi in Ubon Ratchathani Province, Thailand

I had a physio seminar at Centara Ubon. Therefore, I booked a room here for 2 nights. The room was super clean. Tone and mood in this room was the minimal style. I love it. The location was perfect, so closed to Central Ubon and Airport.

Centara Ubon is a new hotel located at Ubon Ratchathani. The location is next to Central Plaza which is convenient for food, shopping and even catching a movie. The hotel has new promotion for now. They provide breakfast for 2 and complimentary drinks. The mini bar is free for the 1st day. There is a small pool and fitness room These are the pros The service needs to improve as I didn't feel very welcome on the 1st day of check in. The staff were speaking in Thai which I am unable to understand. When I provided my reservation, they still didn't address me in English but when they realised I am paying, they started talking to me. Perhaps they are new and inexperience, I had to wait 20mins for my receipt during checkout. There were flies at the restaurant during breakfast, an unwelcoming sight. The hotel should do something about it. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, only providing water for 1st and last day. We were given voucher 555baht per day to spend at the restaurant, however we were not allowed to have our food in our room. The was quickly changed when I fill in the survey and Mr Santichon, the Front Desk Manager got to know about it. Mr Santichon's hospitality and service-oriented attention to our needs win me and family over. We decided that we will return again when we are in the vicinity. The hotel truely has a gem in Mr Santichon and I hoped his peers and staff can learn from him. I hoped the management compliment Mr Santichon on his dedication to his work.

It's a very new hotel, good service, clean rooms, near the airport, convenient to travel, lots of parking, breakfast provided, the hotel is decorated cutely in every corner. I like it. If I have a chance, I will stay again.

The accommodation is clean. The air conditioner is a bit noisy. There are some minor marks on the bed. The bathroom lights don't work but they work normally. The staff are lovely and very polite. Overall, this room is good and okay. The view is also good!!

The restaurant food was average with a bit high price. Wifi was strong. The one and only big complaint and no-no for this stay was that I got a very indecent proposal from one of the staff during my dinner at the restaurant. This staff apparently saw me as a single male guest and this person just chocked me by whispering, when this person was doing something nearby where I sat, that the staff can arrange girls to come to me for the night and the staff also told me prices for the different kinds of girls. I pretended not to hear this person. But what an indecent proposal to say to a guest! Well, this put my rating from Good to Poor! It is absolutely not what I wanted to hear from a hotel staff. Please stop with this!

My experiences with the staff are mostly poor but there are 2 staff members that are very helpful. Overall, none if the employees speak any English on a 4 stars hotel. They don't understand your want and need even though I speak Thai, lol. They have great spa massages and fitness center if you are into it. The location is great within the mall and night market and close to the airport.

I stayed 2 days in this hotel, i would think that i would not return. Parking is no problem and I was happy that they allow my rented motorcycle to be parked near the entrance where there is shelter. Once i got the in room- Room was big - good, Room had a sofa-good, I slapped on the sofa and there was a cloud of dust-no good. Bed was comfortable - Good, pillow case has stains - no good. Towels provided - good, towel was yellowish - no good. Room was also no that clean, clumps of dirt here and there. Seems like most things are done half heartedly at this hotel. There were water ants, lots of them which somehow gotten into the bathroom in the evening, i inform the front desk but the only option i was given was a change of room, which was rather troublesome as I was already settle down and checking out the next day. In the end, i have to wash them away with the bidet. Would have been nice if they had border even if just to take a look and see how bad it was. Location was good.

Modern hotel located in the city area. Reception staff friendly and helpful. The young man at reception spoke very good english, no doubt an asset to the hotel's operation. I stayed in a Delux double which was a good size room. Everything worked just fine. Quiet aircon, adequate lighting, hanging and storage space and bench with a stool. The bed linens were clean with typical firmish mattress but it was cosy and I slept well. The bathroom had a segregated shower recess, good water heater and water pressure. Breakfast was Thai buffet but I was able to get fried eggs to have with my toast. There is no dining option at this time. A food mall and KFC are nearby and a Thai food vendor with table and chairs is right next door. I enjoyed my stay. Happy to stay again if I should return.

The location is good, but the cleaning is lacking. The cost-effectiveness is average. If only there were no ants in the bathroom... . I was satisfied when I stayed there before, but this time it was just... the staff was friendly.

The accommodation is in a good location with parking. The staff service is average, not very good. The room is clean. It is an old accommodation renovated in a minimalist style. Overall, it is average and worth the price.

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. What makes it so fabulous are the staff! Every single staff member made us feel so special as their guest. The Thai people in general are very warm and friendly, but the staff here are exceptional. We stayed for 5 nights. We were remembered every morning at breakfast, and were treated to some special Thai accompaniments that they wanted us to try and gave us as extras. The reception staff went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed, from ordering us taxis, recommending places to eat, helping us set up Apps on our phone to be able to order our own transport or food deliveries, and giving us safety tips for when we were out and about. We felt so comfortable during our stay because of the staff. In addition, the rooms were very comfortable, impeccably clean, air conditioned, and serviced daily. It is a lovely tranquil place to come back to each afternoon/evening, set amongst a small garden. While the website says there is an American restaurant, please note it is only open for breakfast. There are delicious eating options nearby, ranging from street food to restaurants. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again if back in the area.

The service staff is very good and attentive to customers. They speak very nicely. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is very spacious. There is a very good ventilation fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner is cool and there are a lot of movies on TV. The facilities are clean and awesome.

Easy check in with friendly staff at reception, Grand old building. Room was tidy and beds comfortable,hot shower and bath. Very spacious, would stay again.

We had booked the 21 with Booking, but we had to cancel it because the wife was sick. We knew the cancellation was not refundable. We have nevertheless tried our chance not to pay the night by writing to the hotel to explain why we could not present ourselves and we have also written to Booking. We were free from any charge and are grateful for this hotel. The receptionist was very welcome, and the young man who brought us to our room was bad. He didn't want to know anything about us and clearly demonstrated it. We had a deal to have a room on the second floor and we were on the first in a room that was not suitable for us at all. The room was beautiful at first sight, but there was a hairdryer and fungi at the bathroom level in the shower and laundry and the bathroom. We had a great balcony. The tranquility was at the meeting and we had very good sleep. Breakfast was service from 7:00 to 10:00 and was passable. We have already seen better. It often lacked food in the dishes. We had to do foot and hands to get two towels in the pool yesterday night, which was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We have some photos to share. We booked for 4 nights and we arrived and booked in. They showed us to our room which was effectively a metal box similar to a shipping container perched above the swimming pool. It looked interesting but it was very very small inside. Because of Thailand heat it has to be said it was stifling hot inside. It was unbearable. There was a small air conditioner mounted on the wall which we switched on full and waited 1/2 an hour. There was hardly any cold air coming out of it at all even in the lowest setting. We were both stifled with the heat. It was even worse in the small adjoining toilet/shower. It didn't smell clean we noted. Because of the lack of proper air conditioning we decided not to stay any longer as it was so uncomfortable locked in the small metal container room. We asked for our money back but we had to pay 900 TB for the night we didn't stay in. The Thai manager didn't accept that the air conditioner wasn't up to the job at all quoting me how many BTU's it was supposed to throw out. The fact was that the aircon didn't do the job of cooling the tin box room down making it very uncomfortable to be in. We tried the restaurant food before checking in and it was typical Thai Isaan cuisine which we liked and sitting on the pontoon by the Mun River was a nice experience eating our lunch. We would loved to have stayed and seen the beautiful sunsets here but the Accommodation simply wasn't up to scratch to be anywhere near the so called bedroom which was a effectively a tin box that held the heat equipped with a cheap ineffective aircon unit.
