The hotel’s facilities were fantastic—from the relaxing spa to the stunning infinity pool, every detail was designed for comfort and relaxation. A Magical Stay at Hotel de la Coupole Sapa - MGallery Collection I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel de la Coupole Sapa - MGallery Collection, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s stunning architecture, which beautifully blends French colonial elegance with the rich cultural heritage of Sapa. The rooms were impeccably designed, offering luxurious comfort with breathtaking views of the mountains. Every detail, from the vintage-inspired decor to the plush bedding, reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The service was outstanding—staff members were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Dining at Chic Restaurant was another highlight, with an exquisite selection of French and Vietnamese cuisine that delighted my taste buds. The indoor heated pool and spa provided the perfect retreat after exploring the stunning landscapes of Sapa. Overall, Hotel de la Coupole exceeded my expectations in every way. Overall hotel was wonderful, i arrived at 6:00am in the morning by the way there are no room available at that time Front desk was provided us a shower room and resting area at Front desk with very nice hospitality. At 10:00 am after energy charge we went to Fancipan and came back around 16:00 the was ready when i checked in to the room the view was stunning us(room type: mountain view) overall was perfect. BTW, we don’t want to go out then we choose the hotel restaurant for the our dinner we order food for six people as i know about the service sequences staff repeat our order to make sure that it correct; for sure we listen it carefully due to difficult of inter-language - all the food repeat correctly. Unfortunately, one of our dish was mistake from Carbonara to bolognese sauce which we know all of us don’t pork then we call staff they came with attitude that it’s our mistake but she take it for change. Suddenly i heard the sound of fighting of waiter and kitchen that one of word i heard very clearly is “i already repeat it” fifteen mins later carbonara was served and we got educate by staff that we should informed her What we don’t eat. Poor us? After five mins she came back and say Sorry to us(First of apologies) 🥺 so we would fine if she apologize and do not make that behavior. I understand some if order was mistake you need to talked with chef but for both of service and kitchen was very disappointed for us.

Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing. then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo. The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer. There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served. Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

Our stay at Sapa Centre Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.  The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful.  The location was perfect for exploring the city.  We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SaPa.  We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Tin Tin, Huong, and Selena for their exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.  A special shout-out to Selena for going above and beyond when we realized we had left our earphones in the hotel, already on the bus to Hanoi. We reached out via WhatsApp, and Selena arranged for the earphones to be sent to our next hotel in Hanoi through their limousine service. That level of thoughtful service truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for it!

Good find, near a lot of places. We have to do early check in since our bus arrived at 4am, they asked us to pay 50k vnd which i think is fair since it’s almost 12 hrs from our check in time. Rooms are spacious, complete toiletries, breakfast is ok, just have to go early because some foods may no longer be available to be made near the closing time. They have a spot where you can take photos with Sa Pa Views

A really warm and friendly staff at this hotel. Located in close proximity to Sapa Square, SunWorld Plaza, CatCat Village, Stone Church, Ham Rong Park, Sapa Lake and Moang Hua there are plenty of restaurants in the area too. The views are spectacular of the valleys and mountains from the mountain view rooms. There was a decent variety for breakfast with again some excellent views! It was cold in January but fortunately the AC also offers heating in nice sized rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an awesome time at Pao’s Sapa Hotel. The service was good. The room is spacious too. My toom is also facing the Moana’s garden too. Overall a very satisfying experience. Will definitely choose pao’s for my next visit.

The picture online seemed like the balcony is yours. Didn’t realize it’s a shared balcony. The location isn’t that far from the center but going to the homestay was such a struggle for me with a suitcase. You have to go through stairs and it isn’t really friendly with tourists who have lots of stuff especially suitcases cause the stairs is narrow. The bed looks cute on pictures but it’s hard to move around and plug your phone. No bedside table and the curtains need to be changed because it’s torn and I had to tie it and put a chair just so I wouldn’t be seen from outside.

I extended my stay. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and appreciate the attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is so refreshing to see a hotel in Hekou that provides all amenities. Evey item, from towels, bedding, and even the napkins have the hotel logo printed on them. This felt like a 5 star hotel at an amazing price. There are many places to eat, especially at nighttime, and the view of the river is fantastic. I am really impressed with this new hotel and I will absolutely be staying again. Foreigners, please note that the outlets are two prong only. I think this is the updated power source in Vietnam. I have added a photo of the power outlet.

The hotel is very nice. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We are a family of three with a baby. It is very quiet at night, especially the room service. The front desk has arranged the room.

Very very satisfied, especially like the decoration style, the room is very good, clean and sanitary, the bed is very comfortable, large floor-to-ceiling windows, various coffee drinks at the front desk on the third floor of the hotel, the children have a lot of fun, it is very convenient to eat downstairs, especially good

Checking in process was a hassle, as I booked VIP room, but it registered as a suite. However, staff had good problem solving skills, and one guy offered tea for the trouble. Staff are attentive. Room (suite) is spacious enough for a 4 star. Good selection of drinks provided in the room. One toothpaste was dried out, though. Furniture was old fashioned. Bed was average, pillows not very comfortable. Location was great for entertainment, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, the suite had poor soundproof design. Hens woke us up at 3am. Could hear pretty much the slightest of noise outside. Overall, decent for the location. Major issue is the soundproof design. Not for light sleepers.

If you want to eat at the hotel where you stayed for a day before going to Sapa, you have to look around the hotel a lot. There are a lot of general stores, but not enough commercial areas for tourists. The hotel was good.

In the new district to the south of the old street, the terrain is high and the view is wide. The room has a domestic four-star level. Downstairs entertainment, bars, mainly Chinese consumers. Traffic is slightly inconvenient, and there are cars at the door. Vietnam is dominated by motorcycles.

It was my first time staying in Lao Cai, and the woman at the front desk was smiling and the room was very clean. There is also a restaurant and massage facilities on site, and there are markets and places to eat nearby. It was great to be able to see the Song Hong River from the room.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old and the standard is Samsung. Hygiene: The sanitary environment and bedding are generally not very clean. Environment: There seems to be a bar downstairs and the sound is too loud at night to make it difficult to sleep. Service: The service is quite enthusiastic and the front desk can communicate in Chinese without any barriers. The size of the double bed room I booked was really small. The hot water in the room was hot and cold. I felt that the price was a bit expensive and not very cost-effective.

Good location in that it was near a lot of different food places. It was also along the waterfront. Great views of the waterfront from where I was at. Great views of the mountains and hills. I liked how it had a restaurant to eat at. The only thing that I didn't like was the minibar which was kind of tacky where they got you where they want you in making it convenient and tempting for you to eat but the food is more expensive than going to the stores to make some extra money off of you. I also didn't like how they were nitpicky in their variation of price charges on their laundry depending on which type of garment you are washing.
