We are newlyweds. It is a bit far from the main market of Danang, Han Market, but if you plan to visit Hoi An during your 2-night stay, the location is not bad! Not to mention the facilities, I was so happy to go swimming at night. It is great that you can eat mango shaved ice for 20,000 won, and the breakfast is also very satisfying, so it is perfect for a family trip! It is a place where children and grandparents can all enjoy together^^ I had a proper vacation~~~

Great hotel. Great service. Great facilities. Nice buffet breakfast. If not the heavy rain in Hoi An, I love to stay there for a few more days. Highly recommended

Walking distance to Hoi An Old Town and nearby street foods. ATMs are also accessible. And when you walk, along the way you will already enjoy the view of the colorful streets of Hoi An. My bathroom on the first night was smelly might be due to drainage since it was raining. But they took actions quickly and settled the issues. they even follow up the next day if everything is okay. Staff are welcoming and very polite. Always ready to assist. Excellent service! Ambiance is good and relaxing. Room is spacious. Only there are areas in the room that were dusty. Food is tasty. Love it! They also offer complimentary bicycle rentals and you can also book for Ba Na Hills tour at the front desk. Highly recommended :)

I lost my phone, so I couldn't fully enjoy this great hotel. The staff are friendly, smiley, and helpful. Bicycle rental is available for free, so you can get to Old Town in about 10 minutes. Of course, there's no problem using Grab at all. First of all, the room is spacious, although it may have felt that way because the previous hotel was a bit cramped. In particular, the double bed looks like two single beds put together, but it feels really spacious, like two queen-size beds put together. The balcony is directly connected to the pool view, and the view of the palm trees makes you feel like you're on vacation. There's no bathtub, but the bathroom has a separate shower area, and the bamboo towel rack is located in a very convenient location for use after showering, which is impressive. However, the bathroom is made entirely of glass, so you have to use the blinds. These days, bathrooms like this are seen, especially in higher-rated hotels, but they're always a question mark. The TV was a bit difficult to use, so I got help from the staff. It was a smart TV so I could watch Netflix and YouTube, and it was the only device I could use to check the time since I don't have a cell phone. The breakfast menu may be a bit disappointing because of the lack of variety, but considering the price, I think it's still great. The pool is small, but the landscaping is so pretty that it feels luxurious. What's especially impressive is that the floor where the beach beds are is connected to the water of the pool, so even if the sun shines down, the floor doesn't get hot. The details seemed meticulous. However, there's one thing I regret here. It's a fatal flaw, especially for me. There are trash cans in the garden around the pool where you can smoke, so smokers smoke naturally. In particular, this smell comes into the rooms on the second floor, making it very unpleasant. I think the hotel should have a non-smoking policy not only in the rooms but also around the pool. This hotel is quite popular with Koreans. Considering the cost-effectiveness, it's a great place to stay. However, I think I'd hesitate a bit. If the smoking problem around the pool isn't solved, I don't think I'll stick to this hotel every time, even if it means enduring it. There are plenty of cost-effective hotels in Hoi An.

THis wasnt a particularly great experience. The hotel is located quite far from the city and it is inconvenient and somewhat expensive to make trips. The proximity to vinwonder is great but we would locate ourselves for long in this property in future. Executive Suite room wasn't special. The outer area should have a bed in place IMO. Facilities and cleanliness is good. Facilities wise, they are lacking play activities for children. Service was okayish. The staff seemed to be struggling to manage expectations and general flux of guests. Were quite disorganized. They should seriously consider hiring a good management team to take care of reception. Food is restaurant was nothing special and took forever to arrive. I didnt enjoy the experience much compared to our experience in similarly expensive properties in Thailand in past.

Everything at grand sunrise is impeccable and I can't wait to return again! Kathy, our designated guest relation officer was really awesome and helpful since the moment we arrived! She was bubbly and always made a point to check in on us everyday and where we are going and gave her advice on weather conditions since we came during the rainy seasons. She was also very sweet and kind to offer to help me get the welcome cookies after i asked her where I could get it. We stayed here for 5 nights amd everything was commendable from breakfast, room service, laundry service, staff service and down to the massage. I was reallt surprise by the beef fried rice that we ordered from room service and literally the best fried rice ever i tasted and we had to order 2 nights in a row. The hotel also provided shuttle service to the old town which makes it really convenient. Throughout my stay, I felt safe, clean, comfortable and relax and I will definitely chose to stay here all over again. If the gym facility was bigger and have more equipments that will be a bonus! Not a biggie as there's other gym options available around the area.

I had a great stay and liked the fact it was a quiet location 1.5 k from Hoi An, which was too crowded and noisy. The resort was beautifully yet simply furnished, in a modern vietnamese style. The TV in the bedroom worked, which was great because there were times I just wanted to rest in bed , having a back condition. Especially after being in town which could be exhausting. The breakfast was multi choices, beautifully laid out and at a lovely venue behind the resort. Finally, the girls at reception were lovely, friendly and helpful. I remember Kim's name, but there were 2 other equally lovely and respectful girls helping at reception. The cleaners were thorough, and the room was made up daily and was clean and pleasant with coffee sachets and biscuits replaced daily. Just little things and details which made my stay more pleasant. I would recommend this resort, which was budget friendly but also classy in an uderstated way. I hope to return there in the future on my next visit to Vietnam.

This time we stayed in the family suite. The room was very hygienic! Just live on the fourth floor so the shower water is relatively weak. Breakfast was fine... reception helped us deal with many problems, using the hotel's car rental service to arrange good. The hotel is only 20 minutes from Pearl Island Park in Hoi An!

Terrific location that’s the best of both worlds — quiet spot just a 15min stroll into old town. The corridors are draped with green vines (nothing much to see outside except conceptions and cement walls). Rooms are clean & spacious (apologies for the unmade bed). Extremely good value if you snag a deal on Trip.com. Breakfast staff are delightfully friendly, bringing food and coffee to you that they remember you liked from the day before. Breakfast is an egg + noodles + waffles station (latter 2 are okay only) and selection of fruits and food.

Extraordinary! It was our second stay and we are once again delighted. The service is outstanding. All the staff are helpful and courteous. The breakfast selection is very varied and delicious. We were able to rent a bike for free every day and explore the city. There were even two free cocktails in our room every day. For the New Year there was a lion dance in the lobby, our daughter was thrilled. We will be back again!

Amazing gem of a place , the staff are all so amazing , the food is fabulous , beautiful swim up bar with the most warm and welcoming staff there as well , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a large group , the hotel was always accommodating, this is our second stay and won't be our last

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. Stayed in Danang for 4 nights, and this hotel was the highlight and surprise of the trip! The Japanese manager was always in the lobby from 6am to 10pm to welcome guests and provide all kinds of help! The other staff were all diligent, warm and friendly! The food in the hotel was also very satisfying! In addition to the Asian restaurant, there are also Western and Japanese restaurants! The Japanese restaurant is run by a Japanese chef, and the food quality is first-class! And the price of the meal is reasonable! All in all, our family had a great vacation! If we come to Danang next time, we will definitely come again!

This resort is beyond gorgeous. The view from the beach pool is incredible looking out over the infinity pool to the beach. The grounds are kept immaculate and maintained everyday. It is about a 15 minute drive into hoi an centre, and there are free shuttles offered everyday. Although it would be great if there was another shuttle bus available in the early afternoon instead of just early morning and evening. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Really beautiful resort! Exceeded my expectations. Breakfast buffet was really good, I was honestly impressed. I wish the bar and convenience store took card, but the fact that there was even a 7/11 there was great. Was about 15 mins away from old town which was around 35000+ dong by grab bike. Pool and beach were beautiful. Rooms were clean and looked like pictures. Friends also had a great time, would visit again!

The service is good. The staff are very patient and smiling. There are welcome drinks after check-in. The five-bedroom villa is large, newly decorated and clean. We are very satisfied. There is a room on the first floor near the swimming pool, three rooms on the second floor, and one room on the third floor. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and the area is about the same. This is great. When allocating rooms, some families will not have a psychological gap. A little further ahead is the beach, with hammocks, swings and other facilities. The waves here are quite big. All in all, highly recommended!

Compared with the Four Seasons Hotel where I have stayed before and nearby luxury hotels such as the InterContinental Da Nang, the basic room rate of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hoi An is as high as about US$800, but it does not provide corresponding value and experience. In this price range, expect a luxurious experience, however, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An seems to have fallen short of those expectations. Firstly, the interior design and decoration of the rooms and public areas at Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An are decidedly less refined and impressive compared to nearby luxury hotels. While other luxury hotels often stand out for their unique architecture, exquisite artwork and sophisticated interior design, Four Seasons' design seems relatively bland and lacks personality. It even felt a bit mediocre, too hard, and not like the style of the Four Seasons at all. This prevents guests from experiencing true luxury and taste within the hotel. In addition, the quality and variety of breakfast at the Four Seasons Hotel are clearly inferior to those of surrounding luxury hotels. Other hotels in similar price brackets often offer more breakfast options and higher-quality cuisine as well as tranquil spaces. Guests often expect to experience unique cuisine at breakfast, but Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An failed to deliver this experience. All things considered, the Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An may not be the smartest choice for guests willing to pay a premium for a luxury experience. While nearby luxury hotels (Aman Nha Trang, InterContinental Da Nang, Regent Phu Quoc, etc.) offer a more refined and unique experience in a similar price range, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An fails to live up to that standard. Therefore, I feel that the price of Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An is not worth paying. Of course, the hotel swimming pool and beach are very beautiful, but I personally think these two points are the only ones worth experiencing. It is better to just eat a coconut.

Breakfast is very good! The service staff is very welcoming and knows a little Chinese. The hotel location is a golf course and the environment is very beautiful and clean. It is a bit far from the city, about 10 kilometers, but it is convenient to rent a motorcycle for 2 kilometers.

Villa has a beautiful environment and is far away from the hustle and bustle; the overall facilities of the hotel are new and clean. The breakfast is very diversified and tastes good, especially the Pho soup base. Only it is far from the city center, so you have to take a taxi whether from Da Nang or Hoi An city center. But that's what makes the hotel such a beautiful setting. What needs to be improved is the service attitude of the staff. On the first night, there was no power in the room, and I called the front desk three times to successfully arrange for staff to come to the room for repairs. On the morning of the day we left the hotel, we asked for a late check-out, and the front desk said they would get back to us as soon as possible to see if we could delay the check-out; however, they did not get a reply until we left the hotel room. Moreover, before we checked out, we called the front desk and asked the shuttle bus to wait in front of the Villa and take us to the front desk. When we saw the bus from the second floor of the Villa, we went downstairs immediately, but when we got underground, the shuttle bus had already left. In the end, we had to push our luggage to the front desk...

À 4min à pied de la plage. L’hôtel est super, la chambre spacieuse et propre. Dans le jardin chaque bungalow a sa propre terrasse avec canapé et table avec chaises. Il y a aussi 3 hamacs dans le jardin. Et possibilité de commander à manger. Le propriétaire possède aussi le restaurant familiale sur la plage. C’est à 15min environ en grab de la vieille ville d’Hoi An. En revanche c’est un coin où il y a relativement peu de restaurants ou supermarchés. Je vous recommande l’hôtel si vous souhaitez du calme du repos et être près de la mer.

It was nice that it was next to a golf course, so I could rest and play without having to travel, and the reception was friendly, so I had a satisfying time. Next time I go to Da Nang or Hoi An in Vietnam, it will definitely be Hoiana.

Stayed for 5 nights and was very satisfied. The room type is one bedroom and one living room. The living room has a dining area and kitchen utensils are complete, including pots and pans, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Advantages: The hardware and software are all five-star, quiet, and soundproof (this is very important for a person who sleeps very lightly. There are too many motorcycles in the busy area, which is a nightmare for me). The stay is very comfortable and the service is also very good. The beautiful front desk lady who checked us in when we checked in was named Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). We added her Watchsapp when we checked in. We contacted her during our stay and she responded very quickly. Special thanks to Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). The breakfast is very good, and there is actually ice drip coffee. One cup every day to start a beautiful day. There is a swimming pool and a gym. The disadvantages are also prominent. It is located in a remote area, and there is nothing around. There are several food stalls 1KM away, but we did not try them. However, the hotel has a free shuttle bus that can be sent to Hoi An Ancient Town, Da Nang City, and Da Nang Airport, which makes up for this shortcoming and is not inconvenient for us.
