Baolan Pagoda Park

Visiting the Baolan Pagoda in Hohhot was truly a special experience. As soon as we arrived at the park, the spacious square and the elegant white pagoda immediately caught our eyes. This pagoda houses precious relics such as the skull bone, bone relics, and blood relics of Shakyamuni, allowing us to feel its sanctity firsthand. The park surrounding the pagoda offers a leisurely and peaceful atmosphere. Every morning, many people walk clockwise around the pagoda, praying and enjoying exercise. The park features benches and shelters under the shade of trees, where locals can comfortably spend their time. It was impressive to see elderly people playing card games and families enjoying outings, giving us a glimpse into the daily life of the area. After viewing the pagoda, we also visited the nearby Guanyin Temple. Heading north, we explored the Dazhao Temple and other nearby attractions. This place, where the Baolan Pagoda and the park harmonize, is a meaningful travel destination filled with history and culture.
