London Art Escape 🎨 at zero cost

#europeonbudget In contrast to the strong sterling pound, London is surprisingly not an expensive place to visit, especially if we consider the free world class museum it offers. One of them is Tate Modern, featuring many provoking modern/contemporary art from all around the world. On top of art works, it also features an observatory on Level 10, which supposedly provides an ideal viewpoint over the millennium bridge and St Paul Cathedal. However, in my recent visit, the view was limited because the balcony was not open to public due to unknown reason.
