I stumbled across it by chance after arriving on an early coach. It’s super close to Gare de Bercy Seine, just a short walk away, and ended up being the perfect spot to pass the time while waiting for the city to wake up. The fact that it’s open 24 hours makes it even better. The park itself is such a lovely escape. It’s divided into three themed gardens: Romantic Garden, Parterres, and Flowerbeds, each with its own charm. The herb garden, right by the coach station, made such a great first impression for me. The neatly arranged plants feel both rustic and thoughtfully designed. It’s such a cozy little corner, especially in the morning mist of spring. Walking through the park, I loved the tree-lined paths, flowery gardens, ponds with ducks, and even the small vineyard that nods to Paris’ wine-making history. There are plenty of places to sit and relax, whether you’re snacking, reading, or just soaking in the vibes. Parc de Bercy is such a refreshing find. If you’re looking for a free and relaxing spot to unwind, or just want to explore, it’s 100% worth checking out.
