I had an amazing stay at Mercure Paris Montmartre Hotel

Recently, I stayed at a hotel in Paris that I really liked—the Mercure Paris Montmartre Hotel. The location is truly unbeatable! It’s situated right at the foot of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, at 3 rue Caulaincourt. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, making it super easy to walk to attractions like the Sacré-Cœur or the Moulin Rouge. It’s also close to the metro station and many small shops, perfect for experiencing authentic Parisian life 🎨. 🔖 The location and transportation are excellent. When we checked in, the front desk staff were very warm and the check-in process went smoothly. The hotel offers a modern and comfortable environment, with rooms decorated in a simple and stylish way that made me feel relaxed as soon as I entered. The hotel also has a gym and a bar, so if you don’t want to go out at night, you can enjoy a drink at the bar—it’s great! The rooms are spacious, and the beds are big and comfortable; I really didn’t want to leave 🛌. 🚪 About the room experience, I stayed on the fourth floor, and opening the window gave me a view of the Sacré-Cœur, which really felt like Paris! The room was equipped with a fridge and a kettle, convenient for making tea if you get hungry at night. Although the room was a bit humid, the tea and coffee provided helped me relax, especially during breakfast, which had European options and hot dishes—very rich and enjoyable. One thing to note is that the room does not provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so it’s best to bring your own toiletries 💡. 📝 Besides the famous attractions nearby, Parisian restaurants are also a big highlight! Just a few minutes’ walk to the Montmartre area, where there are lots of small restaurants like Pizzeria Arrivederci and Bistro Chez Pradel, both of which I really like. If you want to eat out, Bagel Way or Nectar are good options, and you can enjoy good meals even on a limited budget! There’s also a cinema and many small shops within walking distance, making it perfect for a drink in the evening. 🙊 However, the only downside is that the room’s soundproofing is average; sometimes you can hear traffic noise at night. But overall, it doesn’t affect my love for this hotel at all. The distance to the city center’s Avenue Montaigne is a bit far, so sometimes you need to take a taxi, but individual attractions are close by, which is acceptable for a tourist city like Paris. Overall, this stay was really great, and I want to stay here again next time I come to Paris 🌻. If you get the chance, you should try it too~
