Let's visit Nan during the rainy season!
Last year, I had the chance to explore Nan during the rainy season. It rained almost all day, creating a refreshing atmosphere. ☔️
📍 I chose to travel in a circular route within Nan province: starting from Mueang Nan District -> Pua District -> Sapan Village -> back to Mueang Nan District.
🕝 It was a 4-day, 3-night trip using a private car, and I stayed at different accommodations each night. It was so much fun!
📸 Highlights of the trip:
- Nan Riverside Art Gallery
- Phumin Temple
- Mon Sakad
- Sapan Village
- Clothes-Folding Curve
- Highway No. 3
For those who have never visited Nan during the rainy season, I highly recommend it!

Take a small temple with a view and atmosphere that is probably one of the top in the country.
At 📌Wat Ban Sapan📌
Location: Ban Sapan Village, Dong Phaya Subdistrict, Bo Kluea District, Nan Province
Wat Ban Sapan, a temple in Ban Sapan Village, is located on a high hill, giving it a very beautiful viewpoint. It is a viewpoint of Ban Sapan Village from a high angle.
Inside Wat Sapan, there is a chapel on the hill, and in front, there is a Buddha statue, Phra Chai Mongkhon, facing Ban Sapan Village.
Another highlight is that inside the temple, there is a tent site where you can experience the atmosphere of a sea of fog covering Ban Sapan Village in the morning.
The tent pitching fee is 200 baht per tent. There are clean bathrooms.

Come visit Sapan Village, Bo Kluea District, Nan Province. The places that you must pin are the Stop Time Cafe and another place is the Sapan Temple grounds with the landmark sign "Stop Time".
It's a round sign and a simple wooden chair, but it goes well with the green rice fields.
📍📍This photo spot will give you a view of the lowlands, green rice fields, with a backdrop of high mountains, and fog floating on the mountains, very beautiful and captivating.
📍📍The high season for visiting Sapan, to take beautiful pictures at this landmark, must be during the rainy and winter seasons. You must come here.
