The room is OK, very close to the airport. Western food, service is very good, the price is moderate. The menu is in Russian and the picture still has to be understood. The translation software can understand the best, and the meat skewers are cheap.

I chose the hotel because of the early check-in and luggage storage services. Convenient location - city center, opposite the railway station, metro station, bus stops. Comfortable to get to different points of the city. The room is clean, the bathroom had all the accessories. The only downside - the refrigerator did not work and smelled of rotten fish. But we did not use it, because we stayed for one night. Overall, the experience of staying is positive, next time we will stay here

Good hotel in the center. I liked the cuisine and the SPA. The SPA has a wonderful administrator and delicious tea. Nice mattress, quiet. The shower is a bit small, but these are nuances. Not bad breakfast. There is everything. The air conditioner does not interfere and does not hum, which is also important in hot weather.

The room was nice design, good beds and bed, but the room was cold. The bathroom was open with a rail (guilar and duo), asked for a respiratory to go check it out and twist it, but no one came. In general, the hotel and service on a solid four.

All aspects are very good, the restaurant on the first floor breakfast and normal are very good, especially the waiters are warm and friendly, look good, there is parking space, give five-star praise! ! !

Not the first time we have a family holiday in this hotel. And this time everything liked: cleanliness, polite staff, convenience. At night there was live music in the restaurant and the hotel offered spa discounts. I love to visit the swimming pool and sauna in Ramada. We will definitely come again to our place of rest from urban vain)

I stayed one night, convenient location, hotel clean, sound normal, didn't like that was the smell in the toilet, didn't work the refrigerator, opened the window as it was hot. Stop 2 times. The prices in the cafe are not very affordable, I want to advise you to sell hygiene for women as it is far to the city. Bedding is very delighted, I advise.

Every time I come to New West, I will stay at this hotel. It is very pleasant to walk by the river in the evening, the breakfast is delicious, and the room is clean.
