We truly enjoyed our time there, and the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, which we greatly appreciated. However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the parking situation. We were disappointed to learn that parking was not complimentary for guests who booked rooms at the hotel. Pullman Zamzam Makkah is an excellent choice for families performing Umrah. It offers a convenient location, luxurious accommodations, excellent amenities, and friendly service. What I adore the most os the convenient location, just steps away from the Grand Mosque of Al-Haram. This is the happiness money can buy. MasyaAlloh. *************

The hotel was amazing staying there was really good to experience they provide bus to haram every 30 minutes… the stuffs are very kind and friendly… i recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Makkah 👌

The service was amazing , the restaurant was perfect , international cuisine moroccan food was the best , the view was incredible , the restaurant manager was respectful , the staff in the pic and baggage staff ( zin islam ) i think his name , the whole experience is great my only comment about the security guys that you hired during ramadan not respectful , the hotel administration need to guide this guys how to communicate with guests.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was big with a couple of sofas to relax on, a desk and a comfortable chair. Water, kettle, tea/coffee available in the room for free. The bathroom is also big and clean with shower gel and shampoo dispenser.  There are 6 lifts so hardly any waiting for it to come. Staff are accommodating, helpful and flexible. They go the extra mile to ensure you are pleased with their service. Any request is dealt with promptly. A pleasant stay, thank you to all staff members.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

I have booked 2 rooms under my name but the reception and duty managers made my stay uncomfortable for 6 hours for their mistakes. I requested them one day before arrival to have both rooms connected or at least the same floor. But no one cares about it and they have given me 1 room in one tower and another room in another tower which totally disappointed me and i have to request many times to change my room in the same tower or the same floor. No body was there to listen it looks like I was in a third class hotel where guests who have paid too much money don't have any value. After requesting many times to the duty managers my room was changed.

Brown and red stains on the faucet?? Other than that, nice and beautiful location with probably everything you’d want or need for a simple trip. There was noise from a party at night tho, from the bottom of the hotel probably? But thankfully, it wasn’t the complete whole night.

We received a free upgrade from the kind hotel concierge lady upon checking in, we were so surprised and pleased by this upgrade. From city view to partial haram view, it was amazing masha Allah! The room was so big! The musollah was gorgeous despite the unexpected size, as I thought it would be bigger. I love the set up of the restaurant buffet, so during breakfast it feels cozy and homey but I wish there would be more variety of food like the other jabal omar hotels that we have stayed before. It could be due to their sustainability efforts so that could contribute to less food waste, I guess? As for the location wise, walking down was easy to the haram however going back by walking up the hill after completion of umrah was quite painful. We would appreciate if the hotel provide a thorough video explanation of the shuttle bus access during check ins. But other than that, we managed to figure out the shuttle bus service and indeed they are very fast *************! We were given late check out as requested ************* so we can maximise our prayers in the masjid as we have a late night flight. Do take note that uber taxis does not pick up from the hotel except for Careem. Hopefully they will open up a mall within the Address Hotel itself so that it will be easy to find lunch and dinner for our meals. We ordered dinner through room service for our first night and despite the food came an hour later, the portion size and the taste was so scrumptious and yummy! Definitely worth more to pay for the room service rather than paying for the meals at the buffet restaurant!

Perfect hotel for people visiting jeddah for the first time great location near the airport

One Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras. Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service. They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.

Highly recommended for solo travellers. I really enjoyed my stay here. Both the gentlemen at the reception were very helpful. Mr.Yazed (Morning) and Mr. Mohammed (Night). All essentials were provided: Bathroom Towels, Soap/Shampoo and Water Bottles, Coffee/Tea.The hotel is conveniently located 20 minutes uber ride from Airport and Jeddah Corniche. There is also a shopping mart (Danube) a few steps away from the hotel. Food delivery is available in the area Hungerstation (local food delivery app) worked the best. I recommend trying Kabsa (National Dish) from Al Romansiah restaurant.

The hotel overall was nice but the service was slow starting from the front desk to the house keeping.

However, the breakfast options were quite limited during my stay, which could be improved to cater to a wider variety of preferences. Regarding facilities, the rooftop swimming pool offers a great view, adding potential value to the overall experience. Unfortunately, it was under maintenance during my visit, so I couldn't enjoy it.

Honestly, the daily cleaning is very nice. They provided me with a baby bed. I asked for a baby bed and they quickly provided it. The air conditioning is very cold and nice. The employees are very respectful and polite, Ms. Rabea and her Saudi colleague. The cleaning manager quickly fulfilled the requests. God willing, I will return to the residence.

This is a pretty well located hotel. I got a good deal on trip.com so I overlooked the fact its kitchenette and bathroom had seen better days. Service was fine - there is no breakfast but the hotel is right next to a number of good eateries on Falesteen Street. The bed and bedding were especially good and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a terrific big picture window. Recommend.

The room was great - large and clean, with everything. I didn't really use any staff services - but I was disappointed to see the gym is not working, as that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. It should have been communicated before that it's not working. Otherwise a great option and his value in Jeddah!

Hotel refused our booking and instead to pay extra money and we paid 😞

The transportation is very convenient, the breakfast is also good, I basically stay here when I come to Taif, and I must choose the room on the other side facing the road. The service of Marlak at the front desk is also good.

The hotel is new and located about 8 km outside of Taif on the bypass. My room was excellent and clean. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast. There is free parking in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to the location on the six-lane bypass, there was a lot of traffic noise in my side-facing room, despite the double-glazed windows, which I managed to mask somewhat with the air conditioning on full blast. Breakfast was more Arabic-style, with no fresh juices. In the evening, a pretty good buffet was offered for 99 SAR.

I stayed at Fakhamat Aldyar Service Apartment during my visit to Taif. The reception staff was polite and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The apartment had two rooms and one toilet, and everything was fine and comfortable. One of the best parts of the stay was the convenient location—restaurants were just a short walking distance away, making meals easily accessible. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

First experience and best experience!!! Staff and property is very nice. Comfortable and friendly!!! We booked Delux Villa having heated Private pool. On site gym, mini market and an Italian restaurant. Fully equipped kitchen. Good job Meral team👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💐

The location is good, close to supermarkets, shopping malls, and ATMs. There is an open space at the door for free parking. However, there is no gym, and breakfast is only open for self-service after a certain number of rooms are occupied (there are also few dishes to choose from), otherwise it is egg pancakes + three small pancakes. The wireless network signal above the second floor is not good. It is still okay if you only stay for three or two days, and you can try another hotel if you stay longer.
