Beautifully designed hotel in a good location with fantastic views. Within the hotel, it advertised two restaurants. One restaurant did not exist. Additionally, the spa facilities advertised were non existent. The four seasons pool was cold. One receptionist (didn’t get her name) was amazing! Would not come back to this hotel, would try the competing hotel opposite.

Hello This is the hotel I found after arriving at Vinh Yen. It has a lake view and a coffee shop in front of the hotel, so it was great to rest. It was a small mini golf course, but there was a place to play while looking at the lake view. It was clean and very nice. There was also a swimming pool and breakfast was good. I think I'll visit again next time~~~~
