The villa was just as described and the photos were accurate. It was a great stay and my family enjoyed ourselves very much, the kids love the private pool especially. Location is a bit out of the way, but no issues for us as we had our own transport. No food or shops nearby, so best to be prepared and stocked up. We used Grab Food for some of our meals and that was super convenient. Delivery personnel never had problems finding our villa during our stay. Parking space is a little bit squeezy along the small road outside the villa. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We did had an issue one night when the water pump at our villa failed and we had no running water for that night. Facility engineer was only available during working hours and we had to wait until next morning when one was sent to our villa to fix the issue. The engineer was very knowledgeable and managed to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes. Other than that it was a great stay, one that I will very much like to stay again. Thank you to all the staff who had supported us during our stay.

The housekeepers always make sure that the room smells nice and fresh. The room was not so big but clean and cozy inside. Nice little balcony, decent bathroom and complimentary for tea packages and Nescafe's. I had a good experience staying at Ibis Kata Phuket and will definitely stay there again next time.

The best thing about this hotel is it's location and on-site massage station right by the pool. 10/10. The hotel is only a 5-min walk from the famous and beautiful Patong Beach and a 15-min walk from the famous ”Patong Beach Bangla Walking Street” & ”Jungceylon Malls.” Everything else was what one might expect from a 3-star budget-style hotel. So not to say it was anything bad, it met our expectations quite well. My only complaint is that the showers were a bit wonky/weird - if you were to spray water directly against the shower glass doors (which are also 2 doors that fold together), the water runs off the bottom and actually splashes the bathroom floor entirely, like a flood, getting the entire floor wet. So when you shower, you need to make sure the water doesn't directly spray the glass panels. Other than that, the hotel was quite decent! We enjoyed our 3-night stay!

To begin with, the staff are great. They were very reaponsive. The owner also introduced himself when we can for breakfast. Plus, our good experience started even before we came - we asked for a late check-in due to our flight's late arrival and the management were very accommodating as they simply left everything ready upon our arrival and we checked in the next day. The breakfast is of just the right variety: really more than enough to choose from if you're not too picky. Last but not least, food and beverages voucher was a nice perk. We actually tried hard to spend its value as we also dined outside.

The hotel has a great location, a short walk away will brings you to Nai Yang beach where you can play water activities and have a lot of food choices. The hotel is also near to the airport. The swimming pool was a little dirty as there are visible green algae or stains in the pool. But it is considered good given the price point. Booked a room for three but there was only a king size bed which might not be sufficient. The staff suggested to add one more bed but we saw the mattress that they gave were stained (there was big red stains all over the mattress) and the stains were visible through the bed sheet, we didn’t use it.

The best location. Opposite Patong Beach and very near to Bangla Road and Smart Bus station to go to airport or other areas. The room is newly furbished and reopen in Jan 2025, so it looks better. However the water heater did not function well. Theres a flying cockaroach in the toilet. We booked sea view however the view is limited by trees and roof. When they clean up the room they put away the rug (carpet) and the bed throw. It was decorated as we first checked in. Room photos included in the review. We are very pleased with our stay overall. For the price we paid (during high season) we are happy with our choice.

Amazing stay - we absolutely loved it here, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are so clean and equipped with everything you need. The pool is so nice and never busy or overfilled with people. Absolutely incredible, the bed was comfy, I would just say maybe needs more than one pillow but that is down to personal preference! The rooms are cleaned everyday and refilled with fresh drinking water, have a safe, a fridge and all in all a 10/10 experience. I would most definitely return to the property, the location is brilliant, you can walk everywhere and there is such lovely local restaurants and bars.

Good for a family place to stay long term as there is a spacious gym , infinity pool on the roof for adults, children’s pools with little slides and a restaurant, the staff are friendly and offer a motorbike and car rental service… The room is very big and has lots of storage and a safe to leave belongings, there is cutlery and cooking utensils and a stove so you can make food if you would like to instead of going out…

I stayed for a few nights which were peaceful enough. However, there was more than a little trouble with me checking into a room. For example, I came late to check in but the previous hotel guests didn't leave yet so I had to wait an extra couple hours to check in. Also, some lighting problem that I hadn't really cared about but they insisted on fixing. They ended up switching my room when they couldn't fix it. They need to provide more than a thin sheet for the bed. Other than that the room was nice and clean, the jacuzzi was nice, and they cleaned the room daily.

The house is very beautiful and clean. The wood is antique. Before moving in, we will give you a thoughtful introduction. The swimming pool, billiard hall, and KTV are all available. You can see the sea level from the bedroom on the third floor. The green banana leaves around the house are great! It’s more like a home than a hotel. Thank you very much for Tom’s reception. It can be said that because of him, our trip to Phuket was very pleasant and I like Thai people very much🇹🇭! You can communicate with the butler if you have any matters or need help. Once we couldn’t get a car, the butler directly helped us to the place we wanted to go. There is no need to book for the pick-up and drop-off. Here will give you a more favorable price!
