Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. The staff were so attentive and fast! My son hurt his arm and the nurse was there within minutes helping him out. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful - many of the pictures don't do it justice. I've never seen such a big pool! If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place! It was very quiet, which suited us, but others might find it too quiet. We were there mid-week though and were told it gets busier at the weekends.

L albergo deve essere nuovo,camera moderna,pulita,spaziosa e con un bel balconcino che affaccia sulla città(ci sono anche camere vista mare). Piscina al 21esimo piano,due ascensori e non è da sottovalutare quando un hotel è pieno. Personale molto gentile,sempre sorridente e giovane come in tutto il Vietnam. Servizio di cambio euro e dollari in dollari vietnamiti (il miglior tasso trovato in 15 giorni) Avevo sbagliato e fatto due prenotazioni e loro si sono preoccupati di sistemare le cose con agoda e Booking senza il minimo problema. La città è molto bella e grazie a loro il nostro soggiorno non è stato rovinato,anzi,come sarebbe successo se fossimo rimasti nell altro albergo. Posizione magnifica,in pieno centro ma in via silenziosa anche con finestra aperta,servizio di noleggio motorino proprio davanti. Unica nota negativa la Colazione non proprio negli standard europei(mancano i dolci). Tornerei comunque senza pensarci un attimo. Come sempre il personale sa far la differenza è questi ragazzi ci hanno fatto stare benissimo consigliandoci e prenotando per noi quello che chiedevamo. I stayed in this hotel for the second time within a week. It was still cost-effective, and the room was spacious and well-equipped (bathroom and ceiling fan). The family room I arranged this time had a balcony, which was more convenient. The only strange thing was that the family rooms of this hotel were not regularly released, so I had to go to the front desk to renew my stay for the third night. Fortunately, the renewal price was 850,000 VND, which was similar to the price on the Internet, so I renewed the third night in cash on the spot. There are restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. Because the hotel is relatively new, I couldn't find it on Google or Grab when I went out to take a taxi. I could just locate Violet Hotel. There is a spa at the door. If you pass by, you will be asked in Chinese if you want a massage. There are many small hotels like this in Nha Trang. It is recommended to book in the city, which is very convenient. It is a little far from the beach, and the price will be cheaper and the cost-effectiveness is better.

When we left the room to be cleaned we left one of our Apple Watches on the table, we went to have a coffee while they were cleaning and when we returned the watch was not there. We search everywhere, we take all the clothes out of the suitcases and backpacks, we search between the sheets, in the closets, in the drawers, everywhere! We went down to the reception to tell us about it and they told us that they were going to check with the cleaning service and they were going to look at the cameras to see if we had it with us when we went to have coffee. After a while they told us that it wasn't there so we went up to check the room with two hotel workers and two cleaning women. When we get to the room they check my things and surprisingly a worker suddenly finds the watch on the bed that we had already checked at least 5 times and it was done when we got to the room. They start laughing in our faces and he asks me if I'm accusing him of stealing it from me. I tell him no but the clock wasn't there before. I find their behavior shameful as well as embarrassing and rude.

This hotel is amazing value. Located up an alleyway near to the beach shopping malls restaurants & cafes. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds & quality linens & towels. There is good WiFi throughout the hotel. Breakfast was buffet style with an egg station. Staff were very professional & booked a bus ride for us. Highly recommended.

Without a dout that this is one of the best hotel that i stayed at during my times in Vietnam. The staffs there welcom our group with great hospitality and a warth smile. The room is clean and the asmostphere of the hotel really gave me the scent of home and comfort. Each time we returned back to our room from a long day of exploring Nha Trang, the room will gave us everything we need to relief our pain and discomforts.

I want to start with the pluses: very good location, beach across the road, lots of shops on the first floor, cafes. Now the downsides: we were shocked that the apartments were wildly dirty. Furniture in spots, tables filled with some drinks, stove in the residue of dry food, floor sticky and dirty, toilets dirty, plumbing in wild divorces. The first day simply put the order: washing the floor with the means, washing the chef on the couch, washing soft chairs and chairs, washing filters in the air conditioners (their 3) and washing the curtains. If you are ready for what you need to put your strength to get out, the apartments recommend. The photo was taken on the day of departure, the dirt we went in, unfortunately, did not take a photo.

However, I must note some areas that could use improvement. Acquiring a Grab car service during dinner time proved to be a challenge due to the scarcity of vehicles in the vicinity. Additionally, the hotel services left something to be desired. Despite the breakfast being advertised as complimentary, it was consistently served cold. The pricing structure within the hotel was also disappointing. After consuming the first 10 bottles of water, each subsequent bottle came with a 10k VND charge. Moreover, the quality of the facilities was subpar, with easily damaged, fragile items that could potentially result in unexpected charges. A word of caution—do ensure you have sufficient cash on hand, as a deposit of $3M VND is required upon check-in. Nonetheless, the comfortable bed and overall ambiance contributed to an overall pleasant stay for both me and my companion. Despite the setbacks, our experience here was largely positive.
