My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

We extended our stay for one night. This old hotel was very luxurious 30 years ago. The revolving restaurant on the top floor will still be revolving in 2026, and that's where breakfast is served. However, it's not for everyone; some of us get 'restaurant seasickness.' We couldn't possibly eat three breakfasts, which were included in our initial three-night booking. We tried to talk to the front desk manager about getting discount vouchers or something so we could eat at their downstairs restaurant instead. No! No! No! It felt like they refused everything they possibly could. They wouldn't even give us a single cage of char siu bao (BBQ pork buns)... I felt like the money for those three breakfasts was completely wasted.

This is an older, state-owned hotel, and staying here felt nostalgic. It's incredibly convenient as the metro and bus stations are right outside. During my stay, a neighboring room was under renovation, but thankfully, it didn't significantly disturb other guests. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if rooms without bathtubs could be offered as a separate booking option. It would streamline communication, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who prefers a shower. Everything else, like the service, was very professional. Overall, a good experience.

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

The food court on the first floor has various dining options, meeting basic meal needs. It's very kid-friendly, and the spaceship park is right downstairs. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay and will choose this place again next time! It's convenient, and the bathroom is spacious and grand, with a great wet/dry separation design, which made us feel very comfortable. Any questions or issues were addressed promptly and helpfully. The hotel's sailor-themed buffet breakfast had a good variety, and the food tasted great with a delicate texture. Room service for deliveries was prompt, enthusiastic, and professional, providing very thoughtful service. The front desk staff were professional and proactive during check-in, making the process quick. Check-out was also fast with no waiting. The whole process was convenient and efficient, we're satisfied and will definitely stay here again. It was a very pleasant experience. Thumbs up! The hotel has plenty of free parking. It's close to the high-speed train station and Jinwan Airport. Overall, it's great. In short, everything was outstanding, highly recommended! We'll definitely return if we get the chance!

My stay here was fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and spotless, and the room layout is well-designed (just be mindful of the step-down area). The smart home features made for a very comfortable stay. The staff's service attitude was exceptional; check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always prompt and helpful with any requests, paying great attention to detail. Our weekend stay truly exceeded expectations, I have to give Sofitel a perfect score! The hotel boasts a French-inspired New Chinese style throughout, and the lobby's design is exceptional. There's a comfortable sofa area for relaxation and a lobby bar on the first floor where you can grab coffee. From the moment you walk in, you feel at ease. The front desk service was warm and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Manager MIA at the front desk even took the initiative to recommend nearby attractions and restaurants, which was incredibly thoughtful. Zhengjia Plaza is also very popular lately and conveniently located very close to Sofitel, so we took the kids there to play. All the staff members were very friendly, and their attention to detail made us feel right at home.

Sure enough, there is no wrong hotel. It is more cost-effective than Sanya. A few hundred meters downstairs is the seaside. The opposite of the sea is Sanshan Island. Unfortunately, it is not open for the time being. Otherwise, it is more perfect. The hotel service is very good. Any problems will be solved in time. Although there is no lively Zhapo here, the accommodation environment is better than Zhapo. Renting a small battery car can go to Bailu to buy seafood processing. It will not be pitted. You can also go to the sea and mangroves. The photos are beautiful. The hotel facilities and scenery are good! Very beautiful!

They deliver complimentary afternoon tea right to your room, and in the evenings, there are cocktails, plus breakfast in the morning. The service is truly exceptional, especially the front desk staff – their attitude was absolutely superb! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

We specifically chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for our family trip and were extremely satisfied! 👍👍👍 The hotel is conveniently located near Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship, with complimentary shuttle buses available. You also have the option to take the hotel's boat for an extra fee, both experiences are great. 👍 We booked a twin room, which was very spacious and came with a balcony. The room was well-equipped, bright, and airy, with thoughtful touches like kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and a small stool. The balcony offered an open view of the park, and we could even hear the distant sound of waves at night, which the kids absolutely loved. The water park is a paradise for children, with a lazy river, water slides, and a wave pool all well-maintained. There were lifeguards constantly patrolling, making us feel very secure. Breakfast at the Dolphin Restaurant offered a wide variety of food, and the cutlery was well-stocked with cute little spoons and bowls for kids, which made us feel more at ease about their meals. The service was also excellent. The hotel grounds also feature a dolphin pool and a flamingo area. It was our first time getting so close to dolphins for photos, and they turned out amazing. The hotel's overall cleanliness was high, and the staff were very responsive. Both check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. 👍👍👍
