The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, brimming with ocean-themed elements, and a uniquely designed lobby. A futuristic, sci-fi aesthetic is woven throughout, from the cartoon decorations in the elevator to the space-themed elements in the room. The bedding is very comfortable, and the pillows make for a great night's sleep. The bathroom floor was spotless. Surprises were everywhere! The room was fully equipped, and my child loved the design of the room's items; even the towels had embroidered submarines, which was adorable. The room was spacious and bright, with good lighting, and it was clean and tidy with complete facilities. The children's toiletries were also exquisitely cute. The soundproofing was excellent, the bedding was lovely and comfortable, and little slippers and bathrobes were provided. The check-in service was very nice, and all the services were extremely satisfying, with impeccable hygiene. The spaceship theme runs consistently throughout, from the wallpaper in the room to the special children's toiletries and mouthwash cups, every detail thrilled the kids. The dining options were rich and exquisite, with authentic delicacies. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of choices and was great value for money. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including EV charging stations, making it convenient for self-driving guests. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to all of Chimelong's parks. They also provide a free shuttle bus service to and from the parks, with very reasonable departure times and clear signposting, so there's no need to worry about missing it. The express check-out box is a brilliant design, very convenient as it avoids queues. Even after checking out, you can store your luggage and go explore the parks, freeing your hands and making it completely hassle-free. The dining is rich and diverse, with a lavish breakfast and a wide selection at the buffet, all of high quality and excellent. The hotel's service is great, and the staff are warm and attentive. We will definitely be back to stay again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel provided perfect staycation vibe for a couple of nights. Facilities are very good and the place is close to so many good restaurants with weekend markets just right outside. Everyone has been super nice, attending to our needs and requests, even opening the doors of our service cars for us is just excellent. Front desk and c/s speaks english and very accomodating! I highly suggest this to all visitors in Zhuhai!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay in Chaozhou We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in was smooth, questions were answered quickly, and throughout our stay the service remained warm and attentive without ever feeling forced. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel memorable. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after long days exploring Chaozhou, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We also appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the room, including complimentary soft drinks in the minibar, bottled water, bathrobes, quality tea and coffee facilities, and plenty of storage space. The river view was another highlight. Waking up and looking out over the Han River and the city skyline was a wonderful way to start the day. The room felt peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Everything felt well maintained and cared for, from the guest room to the common areas. What impressed us most was how the staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable. Great facilities are important, but outstanding service is what truly sets a hotel apart, and this team delivered exactly that. If you’re visiting Chaozhou and looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful river views, and a relaxing atmosphere, I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside. A wonderful stay and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Guangdong.

Facilities: The hotel pool was great fun, especially since the weather was good. The kids absolutely loved it. Hygiene: Good. Ambiance: This time, I tried the buffet dinner. The selection was rich, and the desserts were quite good. However, the seafood replenishment wasn't sufficient; the crayfish, though not expensive, ran out very quickly. The lobster at the carving station tasted quite good, but it would have been even better to get a whole one. I bought a 3-day, 2-night package from Trip.com this time, which can be split up. I'll definitely come back to stay again during the summer holiday!

Choosing Wyndham Grand Zhaoqing Seven Star Crags for our class reunion in Zhaoqing was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is right next to Seven Star Crags, and you can step out and walk along the Star Lake greenway – the location is superb. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the courtyard with its small bridges and flowing water creates a wonderful ambiance. Our lovely concierge, Caroline, kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room with a private hot spring tub. The room was spacious and tidy, and the private hot tub on the balcony offered direct views of Star Lake – soaking in it while enjoying the lake scenery was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with freshly ground rice noodle rolls and Cantonese dim sum aplenty. The outdoor hot springs, heated pool, sauna, and kids' club meant there was something for everyone, ensuring both adults and children had a great time. The staff were attentive and polite throughout, and the room service was meticulous and spotlessly clean. It’s a perfect one-stop vacation experience, suitable for families and leisure travelers alike. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Zhaoqing!

How do I put this? We traveled on the weekend before Children's Day, so it was crowded, and the experience wasn't ideal, but you could tell the hotel staff tried their best to manage. First, the pros: for over 1500 RMB, it included the room, unlimited two-day admission to the Spaceship Park and Water World for two people. Both days, we could enter an hour early, which was great for enjoying ourselves. Plus, on the first day, we could activate the tickets ourselves and enter, which was a nice touch! The Spaceship Park had plenty of fun rides and attractions, and the queues weren't too long – the longest wait was about 30-45 minutes, which is acceptable. The Water World staff were very vigilant about safety; they had eyes like hawks, especially for kids who can swim and were with their parents – it felt a bit overly cautious, to be honest. (Overall, good feedback.) We had already spent a full day playing when we checked in, bought the buffet dinner, and even got a room upgrade. The buffet dinner was also very crowded, but the food quality was good, and the staff service was excellent. Two regrets: first, the Water World was too packed, the shower facilities were insufficient, and the drainage was too slow. The entire shower area, I mean the *entire* shower area, was flooded. Second, the upgraded room had a severe air conditioning leak! We couldn't switch rooms because it was so busy, but a maintenance technician arrived quickly and fixed it. Overall, I feel that since the hotel has been operating for many years, some facilities are showing their age and need timely maintenance and updates. All in all, the value for money is good. I'd give the hardware 70 points and the soft service 100 points.

Had a great time and experience in Tiantai No. 1 Homestay. The apartment is in a great location, very near to Dongmen Old Street/Pedestrian Street and many eateries. It is also within walking distance to Guomao Metro Station, King Glory Plaza and many more! The crew was really friendly and helpful. Xiao Fang was always ready to answer any questions I had, even before we arrived in Shenzhen and helped to make sure that our room was kept clean and well-stocked. Because our apartment is on the highest floor of the building, we had access to the rooftop where we could chill in the evening and enjoy the stunning skyline of Shenzhen. If I have t o pick a bone, it will be the narrow spiral staircase leading to our apartment. Luckily, a male crew member was there to help with our heavy luggage. Otherwise, we may have a hard time bring them up and down the staircase. I will definitely recommend Tiantai No.1 Homestay to my family and friends. Hopefully, we get to try our other rooms when we visit Shenzhen next time.

The ocean-view room with a hot tub was truly amazing, a highly recommended short-trip resort. About the room: 1. The room was spacious, and the two 1.8m king-size beds were incredibly comfortable! 2. It had its own balcony and hot tub 🛀. The large balcony had tables and chairs, and the hot tub was perfect for a relaxing drink. The second bedroom also had a small balcony. About the service: The front desk butler was incredibly attentive! They responded to my requests promptly, which was truly heartwarming. About the environment: 1. When I arrived, it was a sunny day, and the view of the crystal-clear ocean was breathtaking! Absolutely stunning, even without filters. 2. A popular Instagram spot: the Hōhaku Restaurant Bar! Perfect for taking amazing photos. 3. A prime sunset viewing spot 🌄 You can watch the sunset from your room. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here for a weekday trip.

Whenever I visit Jiangmen, I always choose Wanda Realm. Upon arrival, a porter actively helped me with my luggage, and check-in was very quick. The front desk even proactively upgraded my room, which was excellent service. The room facilities and equipment are very comprehensive; it doesn't feel like a hotel that's been open for ten years. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and a park, making it easy to shop, eat, and exercise. It's a great choice for business trips or leisure travel to Jiangmen.

The front desk service was incredibly warm and efficient; they quickly resolved any issues we had. Our room was spotless and very spacious, at 50 square meters, with excellent air conditioning. The hotel is right next to the metro station, and Dongmen Old Street is just a stone's throw away. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to Luohu Port, which was super convenient for shopping and crossing the border. The value for money here is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.
