I AM SURPRISED TO READ A NEGATIVE COMMENT ABOUT THIS HITEL This hotel is by far one of the best managed properties in Port Fouad/Port said city . Staff is very kind and works very hard to accommodate guests in a very friendly environment . Rooms are clean and house keeping is outstanding . We never so far had to ask for anything and if we do it would be fulfilled promptly . Hotel has a very large pool that my kids loved and it is very clean and maintained very well . Breakfast has a lot of verity to fit every taste . It is a family place that I trust for my children since security is noticeable present here . They have during the week occasionally nightlife event as singing , belly dancers and music that you can enjoy while seated by pool area . I recommend this to any family who wanna enjoy a safe fun friendly hotel . I WILL DEFIANTLY RETURN HERE

Well located hotel with large, bright, clean and modern room and large shower room. The staff is very pleasant and is ready to help you at any time. The resort lies in a premium location next to the sea and close to the Suez canal. The check-in process took a long time because there was plenty of people checking in at the same time. The room took more than two hours to be ready although we had arrived at 2pm and unfortunately we received only one room key which was frustrating. The studio was smaller than in the hotel description although it was modern with some small issues in painting. Housekeeping needs alot of improvement, there was only one towel in a room for two, no soap nor tissue, we got the towels after 4 requests and 4 hours, the soap and tissue in the next day. The kitchenette was nice. The air conditioner was working well. The aqua pool was nice but very crowded. The Lagoon, the best place in the resort, very beautiful, clean water, attentive staff and very professional behavior. The beach area is another good place in the resort, well designed, helpful staff although the sea and sand are not that good but it is not the resort problem. Food was not tested. Check out process was fast. Guest relation was anxious to know the feedback about our stay which is a good thing to improve performance.
