I am guest at espinas hotels for a year at two their hotels in tehran The staffs are vey nice, professionals and kind Every request from our side will approve at a short time very kindly. I recomend these hotels to every one who comes to Iran. Specially The personals at receptions desk, the bell boys and coffee shops are vey warm, kind and with a friendly mood. Thanks to all of them.

It's the 3rd time I have stayed in the Remis airport hotel. Last time my room was close to the elevators and very noisy but this time at the end of the corridor and was perfect. The room was cold but very soon it had gotten warm. Everything was so clean and I had a very good rest. Also my company had booked the hotel for a short time staying (up to 10 hours) which when I asked for 2 hours more the reception guy who was very helpful (mr.Haghighi) accepted and I'm very thankful. I have added breakfast to my room because the reservation of a short time staying is not including breakfast. Also the breakfast was so good to prepare yourself for a long and good day. The room is not including carpet and no minibar. You will have a good rest before/after your flight at this hotel.

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. The best choice for flying, breakfast and facilities are all good, but there was a driver who shuttled to the airport and thought that the tip of 200,000 riyals was not enough! Haha, then I gave it to the uncle who cleaned the house~

I was very satisfied with the services of markaxi hotel in tehran . Iran is a bit complicated country . Most of the websire and aplication doesnit work in iran .and staff helped me for vpn and internet . Without their help i couldnot stay in iran . Thanks lovely staffs . I never forger ur help . I recommend this hotel to every tourists

A mobile phone can only access the Internet with a maximum of 500mb of traffic per day, and the signal in the room is very poor. To connect to WiFi, you need to be at the door or downstairs lobby to connect easily and smoothly. Basic facilities are normal, no hair dryer, overall it's okay Breakfast is included every day, but it is recommended to eat at 9 o'clock, there is almost nothing left if you are late

The hotel is a bit old and the room facilities are shabby. The commercial facilities around the hotel are far away and not very convenient. The room on the north side has a wide view, with a mountain view, and the golden sunshine after the snow, which is very beautiful.

Отель бронировала, потому что его можно было купить за рубли по российской карте. Отель в центре, от метро 10 минут пешком. Минусы: жуткий прокуренный номер, хотя я бронировала non-smoking. На ресепшен сказали, что все номера курящие. Для нас это ужас - мы не переносим запах курева. WiFi заработал не сразу, а после нескольких походов на ресепшен. На один номер паспорта 1 Логин, поэтому залогиниться с двумя девайсами невозможно. Плюсы: в ванной новая плитка и сантехника, видимо, недавно был ремонт. Хороший разнообразный завтрак, но нет соков (сиропы с водой были) и кофе из машины 3 в 1. В номере есть холодильник и чайник, много розеток. В номерах хорошая звукоизоляция. В целом, в отеле на 2-3 ночи можно остановиться.
