I had a good impression of the front desk staff. I also thought the curry and miso soup provided at night was very good. I wish there had been hot spring powder as an amenity, but considering the price I paid, I was very satisfied.

The size of the room is good, but I think the sound of the next room, corridor, etc. is a bit noisy, the sound insulation is not good, the bathroom is too small, the obedient staff is very polite, located on the seven-day ~ suitable for sightseeing, reasonable price

The Japanese-style room has a beautiful environment, is neat and clean, and I really like the location of the makeup mirror. Dinner is provided in the accommodation. I forgot to inform the hotel in advance that my family does not eat beef, but the staff immediately helped to change it to seafood, and the service was still very dedicated. There were no complaints or dissatisfaction. I felt very sorry for increasing the workload of the staff. Although it is a certain distance from the JR station, the hotel has a shuttle bus, which can be provided if you register one day in advance.

We were informed in advance that we would arrive at the hotel a little late. The service staff was very kind and explained to us the precautions for housing. They were very friendly. The overall room is clean and simple, very suitable for a short stay.

Clean rooms near Fukushima Shinkansen, with some dinner options and supermarket, drugstore and daiso. Would be good if toilet and bathroom could be separated. Room is spacious though. Beds are not as comfortable. Would recommend if you are coming by JR as location is really near the station

It is a very intended accommodation for this trip. Study and look at reviews carefully. and reserve a large room In order to have the most access to Japanese culture. But disappointed with the view. But don't blame the hotel. It's the weather. and check-out day Notice that the hotel has a shuttle at the train station. But when we went in to ask Instead it said you didn't reserve it. You must make a reservation at check-in. We ourselves don't know. The front desk staff didn't inform us. So can we ask the staff to make a reservation for us? The staff tried to solve the problem for us. But it seems like the uncle of the driver is dissatisfied, drives very badly and gives us very poor service.

The hotel is very good with great proximity to the ski  place. The room is clean and cosy with great views. And the onsen is very good that it had long opening hours, we can go after the ski to relax.  However, it would be better if the guest had a choice of whether the room can be made everyday or after we left. And it will be even better if more variety of restaurants/ cur-sine  can be provided rather than just buffet.

Location is strategic as it’s near to the train station. Opposite to the hotel is the famous restaurant selling pork katsu don. There are 2 convenience stores nearby.

I am really satisfied with this hotel. There is a famous Gooseki attraction right in front of the hotel where you can take a walk. As for the buffet dinner, all kinds of wine are provided for free, including Japanese wine, red wine, champagne, beer, etc. The sweet shrimp and honeydew melon are delicious, and the breakfast is also rich. , afternoon tea and the evening bar also provide free wine and snacks. I thought the hotel was cheap, but it was really worth the money. I will go there next time.

It's some distance from the station, so it's very convenient to drive by yourself! Parking is free💕 There is a large supermarket next to it, which is very convenient for shopping. The large bathhouse on the first floor is very nice. The girls' bathhouse has four bathing positions. The boys' bathhouse is larger and the hot spring is very comfortable! There are many types of buffet breakfast, and we just happened to encounter the Aizu Festival. There were many guests, so the breakfast was quite crowded! The bed and pillows are comfortable! There is a welcome drink (give a token to add a drink)We stayed for two nights💕
