About 10 mins walk from Hiroshima station. I stayed in the twin room and it’s possible to open 2 big luggages with some creativity. The pictures of the big onsen are from the male onsen. The female onsen is much smaller and with only 2 wash stations… and the wash stations have no partitions. Just gotta time your baths well. The hotel does not offer Yamato so you gotta take a trek to a convenience store or the actual Yamato store which is about 10 mins away on foot. One of the staff’s attitude was pretty harsh and put her hand out to stop us when we tried to take some amenities form the amenities bar upon check in. Perhaps a simple polite explanation (or maybe just let your guests have extra amenities?) would suffice. There are pretty nice izakayas a short walk away and a laundromat just across the street. Okay for a short stay if you value a laundromat nearby.

Very good hotel. The hotel standards in Japan are unified. The same type of hotel has the same hygiene and service standards. I have stayed in Washington Hotel in several places. This one is newer and the bathroom is not a ”Showa toilet”. It is convenient around.

Garden Hotel is cozy and clean. The front desk staff Miss Akagi helped us a lot. We needed to make a phone call reservation and asked for her help. It was late and we agreed to come back the next morning. When we were at the front desk the next morning, she had surprisingly prepared all we need and guided us what to do next. I was impressed by her professionalism and her spirit of service. Nice stay. Ah yes, the breakfast was wonderful too!

Absolut amazing hotel. Great stuff. Nice roof top bar. Delicious food in the restaurant. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, which we did not find that much in Japan.

The little welcome snacks and drinks were very welcome after tiring travel. The room was very clean and well furnished and the staff were very kind helping us when we were locked out by accident. Location was pretty good close to the main road and buses to most parts of the city.

I really liked my stay at the Hilton Hiroshima. The hotel is brand new with top amenities, like the gym and swimming pool which are great. My room was also very spacious, confortable and clean, with a very nice view. Overall, this was a great stay at this hotel. Just one improvement area would be the dinner buffet, which I found was not as good as the rest (mostly frozen or processed food, lack of variety and healthy options available).

Not a bad hotel and i dont understand why a fair hotel can only earn 3.2 on Google, thinking about the price and it’s location, it exceeds my expectations. It is an old hotel but everything inside is well-organised and renovated. U get a breakfast for 500 yen more which has basics like scrambled eggs, mango yogurts, small crossiants, etc. It’s quite convenient to have such an acco in the chushin of Hiroshima.

The location is excellent, which is very close to the Shinkansen exit of Hiroshima station. The front desk is good in English and eager to answer different questions. I appreciate the large bed size and the mirror in front of wall-sided desk. Overall a good experience.

The hotel is new and clean. Although the room is small, it is comfortable and clean. The bed is firm, but comfortable to sleep on. The buffet food was not very varied but adequate. It would be best if you could have all-you-can-drink drinks at no extra charge, which would be a bonus. Miyajima Great Torii is just across the sea, and it is very convenient to drive to the nearby pier. Overall very satisfied.
