I have been staying here from time to time. At first everything was so amazing but my recent stay wasn't pleasant. The room was a bit dirty and old. The shower was quite terrible. The water pressure was very weak and the water was yellow which cuased me allergic reaction.

Room is very spacious considering it’s a budget hotel. Very close to airport so that’s convenient. Not many eateries around. No stairs so please take note if you have heavy luggage.

Located slightly out of the more happening area, need to ride a bike to get there. But room is v v spacious, toilet is huge. Not much amenities, but decent if you are not spending much time inside the hotel. Cleanliness is decent too!

A nice hotel. Lovely pool, but loses sunlight after 2pm. Location is nearby party places but not too close. You can easily turn off into more peaceful areas. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The room is very clean and spacious, with enough room to comfortably fit two 20-inch suitcases. There is plenty of usable space. I personally didn't ask for housekeeping services during my 3-night stay, but they did place water outside the room every day. I was impressed by the hotel staff, and the location is great—it's at a corner, making it convenient to walk to restaurants and dessert shops.

The hotel is in a pretty good location, just a few steps from the old city, and the famous gate, and the central Temple. If you travel by car, there are several parking spaces. There is a 7 eleven store nearby, just around the corner, but it is very small. The reception is more or less well decorated, in the morning you can drink complimentary coffee. The elevator does not work well, the doors squeeze visitors. The room stock itself is very tired. The noise is very high, you can hear everything that your neighbors do. The TV does not show the channel clearly. The wifi level is good, the Internet worked stably. When checking in, you will be asked to make a deposit for the key, 200 baht, cash only. The hotel may have a good future again, but now it is very tired and needs a major overhaul, which I wish the owners and managers of this hotel to do, because the name does not match the interior at all.

PERFECT! Personally, I think the accommodation is worth the price. Although the room is a bit dark, the overall management is good. There is a cleaning service every day and there is someone to facilitate parking at all times.

The environment is spacious and comfortable, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is worth recommending to other tourists

We absolutely loved our stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai. The hotel is about a 30-min drive from Chiang Mai, nestled into a beautiful countryside with rolling hills. We booked the valley deluxe scenery room on the ground floor, which has a calming view of trees and mountains. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need; the bed is huge. The infinity pool overlooks a mountain with a white temple (worth a visit!). Food (Western and Thai) is delicious and reasonably priced. But what stood out above everything was how friendly the staff is here. We felt really welcome and well looked after. We'll definitely be back!

It was great except that it was difficult to catch a taxi because the location was far from the city center and it took a long time. The interior of the resort was really pretty, the rooms were pretty, there were a lot of cat friends in the resort, and most of all, it was quiet, so it was a really healing space!

First of all, this is indeed a building with a beautiful appearance and well-preserved colonial style, but it really needs to be disenchanted! The location is very remote, 1 hour's drive from the city. There are no facilities nearby, but the hotel's catering is very poor. Among the 5 hotels I have stayed in in Chiang Mai, this one is the worst. The breakfast is hard to describe, the pastry is all limp, the juice has a rancid smell that has been stored for a long time, and the chicken porridge that is praised online is really salty. The only Western restaurant in the hotel is still beautifully decorated, but the food is really terrible! The meal costs 350+ RMB, the quality is worse than airplane food, and the pasta is worse than fast food. Fortunately, I ordered a takeaway kebab from a place near my house. It was cheap and delicious, so I could barely make it through dinner. I booked a basic room type. The interior is a bit basic but acceptable. But the hygienic condition is average, and I don’t want to dwell on the yellow stuff on the back of the pillow. The shower worked fine, but water leaked to the door. The sound insulation is also very poor. You can hear every movement in the old house very clearly. No wonder you have to sign an agreement when you move in. It says that if you don't pay attention to the loud noise three times, you will be evicted. Haha. The service could only be described as superficially polite, but it was also full of embarrassment. When we checked out, the staff asked us stiffly where we were going next and which hotel we were staying in. I asked him what for and he couldn't come back. After the process was completed, he said he was worried that we would lose something... In short, this hotel is only suitable for checking in and taking photos, and the limit is one night. If you don’t have time in your schedule, don’t come! It’s very likely that I can’t eat well, sleep well, and have nowhere to play…

The original teak structure building in northern Thailand, next to Suthep Mountain in Chiang Mai. The environment is very good, the hotel restaurant is delicious. The kids love it. Very suitable for family trips. The spokesperson of the hotel's image - Lincoln, is a very gentleman.

We have booked for 2 nights package- double room with Balcony. Hotel offered one way air port pickup service and driver arrived one time and picked us up from international airport, we were very happy with the service. Hotel also offered fruits and minibar on the first day we checked in, with fresh fruits and snacks, my kid love it. In addition, we also had tea set - 2 dishes of hot snacks and two smoothies, which was great for us who just come here to resort and have some quiet family time. We also booked for massage for two people, 1 time massage was included in the package and we paid for 2nd person. we choose ‘Thai massage’ to get a little strength massage, if you are beginner or 1st time trying massage in Thailand I recommend you to choose ‘Oil Massage’ for more gentle touch. Rooms was quite big/comfortable and swimming pool was good enough for kid to play their afternoon. Breakfast was good as well, especially their stir fried Cabbage, complimentary coffee at breakfast is really just okay, but you can get a handmade coffee from the bar at extra cost. Overall, except for a little older building/facility (typical Lana style), it was a good stay.

The boss is very enthusiastic and responsive. The restaurant food is also great. My son said that he would take the egg fried rice there home. We are accompanying the family. The boss also helped us contact the intermediary to find a room. It was great.

Rooms with balconies have better views than rooms without balconies. There is a short climb from the parking area to the check-in area, and another short walk from the check-in area to the room. This time, the hotel staff were responsible for carrying the luggage. Without help, it would have been a very difficult journey. The room is very special, but the equipment is old. It can be experienced for one night

Advantages: The hotel is attached to a golf course, with a good view and a comfortable environment. The rooms and bathrooms are large. Bell, the waiter in the restaurant, is attentive and has a great attitude. The hotel provides free Shuttle buses to the city, Wood Carving Street and Hangzhou during several periods. East Temple. Disadvantages: When I first checked into the room, the noise from maintenance work next door was so loud that I couldn't rest. After reacting, I moved 3.4 rooms away and the sound was a little quieter. The smell of formaldehyde in the room was a bit strong. I left the air conditioner on for a long time and didn't pay much attention. I don't know. Are you paralyzed? The sink in the bathroom looks modern but is extremely difficult to use. The water will splash all over the countertop and get wet. I want to go swimming the next night and I have to put on my bathrobe only to find a big hole in it. It’s ridiculous. Unable to use; the lady in the lobby answered the travel questions very perfunctorily and did not feel sincere; I originally planned to stay in Hangdong for 2 nights, focusing on Ban Taiwan Wood Carving Street and cycling around this town. Unfortunately, it backfired. There is no motorcycle rental anywhere, and the hotel's shuttle bus has limited time slots, so you can't fully enjoy your time due to limited time.

One of the best hotel experience. actually stayed here twice in January and February. Everything about this place is simply great. It is truly quiet. Not quiet because we were lucky. Its quiet during any day of the week. No bars around or airplanes landing. All guests are quiet and respectful towards others rest time. The construction materials are very solid and isolate both sound and temperature. I loved the blackout curtains. Some rooms got bathtubes. The pools are kept really clean even during cold days when no one is swimming. The garden is just beatiful and taken good care of. It's also the reason why there is no noise from the road and the air is less dry (it is really dry during winter months). Breakfast, dinners were good. I loved deep fried fish, ordered it several times. There is a nice Swiss place walkable distance away and a Thai restaurant farm with a small play area for kids. Staff speaks English and Mandarin Chinese. They were helpful with any request. Whenever i am back to Chiang Mai, its my number one choice now.

I really enjoyed my stay here The hotel was beautiful and peaceful There are many aesthetic spots to take pictures The hotel staff were friendly and helpful Breakfast was enjoyable and there were many different options to choose from, in addition the restaurant had pizzas and other items in an al a carte menu available from 11am till 9pm (can also be ordered as room service) There was a beautiful pool open until 10pm The hotel room was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well Overall the hotel is definitely worth it, it’s very convenient as it has a lot of amenities The only downside about it is that it’s a little far centre (about 30 minutes) however is easy to get around using the bolt or grab app

I came here once in April and stayed for 2 days and fell in love with this hotel. This time it was my birthday and I wanted to stay for three nights, but ended up staying for five nights so everyone can know how much I like this place. Hello in the morning I took a walk in the afternoon and enjoyed the hot springs in the evening. My mind was really calm and my life was very relaxing. I don’t know when I will come back next time, but every service staff who saw me during my stay these days knew me. I felt very happy. Warm and friendly,

We like the nature surrounding of the hotel. However, the cleanliness should be improved and some maintenance needs to be done. Overall, we still satisfied :)

overall we had a fantastic stay at the Rin Suite. Beautifully designed. although one thing I wish could be better is the breakfast. Coffee is very important for me in the morning and when I asked for an americano it tasted like water, so I asked for double shots and it didn't come until almost half way through my breakfast. croissant wasn't that great, we ordered 2 and one was not baked properly (mushy inside and cold)..... other than that the service was great which makes up for it. I will stay here again and make sure you order double shots if you are a regular coffee drinker.

Booked a few days before New Year, still considered lucky, got a cheap room, breakfast included, full facilities, spacious area, very good atmosphere, but the entrance is a bit deep and has a lot of rocks, as is the style of a resort, more suitable for driving a car than a motorcycle. Breakfast has a variety of choices, for us everything is delicious.

Love this hotel, new, clean, medium sized hotel. 3 of us stayed in a good size double story room! It’s only 5-10 mins drive from the city and they offer a great spread for hotel breakfast & my favourite is the mini cafe which they open every morning, even if it’s just to serve 2-3 guests with latte or americano coffee options. Must say they really put heart into the work they do. Every single staff there works hand in hand to provide great service. Will be back!

The best place to be in the rainy season. The resort has a lot to offer, the best being the mountain view, fresh air, huge room with a view . The pools are huge, surrounded by nature . The heated mineral pool is perfect for a cold wet day. Downside is the access . Must arrange for transport in advance. Don't trust Grab. The drivers won't send you for less than $900. Resort will arrange for transport back to town.

Great hotel. Not so much a hotel, it is more like a domestic boutique homestay. The whole hotel is about 5-8 villas. Each villa is one family. The room is well maintained, not dirty and not tide. Close to the Four Seasons Hotel. The breakfast every morning is a reservation system, and it feels like the Four Seasons Hotel is doing part-time. The ancient city is tired for a few days and you can consider coming here for a few days. Every few hundred meters around, there will be some very special coffee shops. It is not far from the Limeisa Falls. The housekeeper pen is very nice, warm and kind. Suitable for family travel.

Beautiful. Peaceful. Gorgeous valley. Excellent staffs. Very relaxing and restful. Worth every penny for a supercharged spiritual one week stay amidst divine creation in such natural beauty ! Moreover ALL local workers were so kind, sincere, truthful in their natural simplicity of life. A small paradise on earth ?

The hotel has recently been renovated and the staff has solved the problem very well. Overall, it's considered okay with delicious food.
