Nice design, close to the beach, prepare your own tooth brush and tooth paste, only shower gel, shampoo & soap are prepared for you. The carpet is very dirty, it's better if they just put it away. The floor is not very clean and no slippers. The self check in counter let you check in faster by yourself. After self check in give the paper to the staff and they will give you the key. Overall still have a nice stay with affordable price

Bidet (butt shower) water pressure is not at all sufficient.  6. Can’t find any switches to turn off lights, actually there are no switches except the plug points. So lights stay on but you can dim bedside lights though.

Food: The ramen was bland, and the food at the Garden Café wasn't great either, with the pizza dough being too hard. Facilities: The pool could be improved with a larger one and more comfortable seating. Location: On the bright side, the location was good, with proximity to the beach and a convenience store nearby, which is definitely a plus.

Upon check-in, the front desk didn't provide information about the floor our room was on and the breakfast location. We assumed there was only one building and ended up going to the wrong floor, which was particularly inconvenient since we had an elderly person with us. breakfast is fine, places are ok, this is my third time visit of the hotel. however, its not suitable for swimming during x'mas which is a big holiday. it is preferable to include some hot spring facilities or hot pool for the kids so that it will not be too freezing when enter the water during these seasons. also, the kids room can be renovated, as it is all the same from the first time visit three years back until now. and there were a lot of other nationalities which were quite smelly. there's no discrimination at all, i just would like to point out to improve the ventilation systems. the welcoming birthday gift is great!

The receptionist kindly offered me a complimentary drink and fruit while I waited at their restaurant. However, I noticed an empty bowl, as shown in the picture. I finally received my room at 5:00 PM. Considering the extended wait, the receptionist waived the deposit requirement. The building appears older and has an unpleasant, musty odor. The entrance to our room was unclean and showed signs of wear. While the bedsheets were clean, the floor appeared dirty, and slippers were not provided. Our room seemed to be connected to another, with the connecting door unable to lock from our side. Additionally, the porch door lock was broken. Although I considered requesting a room change, but the length of our journey and the late given room dissuaded us. There were other minor inconveniences, but the issues already mentioned were quite disappointing. The swimming pool is suitable for children of all ages. with sincerely review, sorry that I can't have a second time here.

It is conveniently located in South Pattaya where you can just easily walk to many well-known attractions like Walking Street, Ripley's, beach road and etc. It's a newly renovated hotel with proper & basic amenities such as swimming pool, pool bar, restaurant and so on. Rooms are not too small with good bathrooms and comfy bedding. Highly recommended if you like the accommodation like the Ibis type. Prices may be slightly high on the weekend, but overall, it's affordable and worthwhile in comparison to the same category of hotels.

Great hotel. Staying here since 2012. It is one of the best resort hotels overall. Beach, sand, pools, etc Only 2 things are bad: walls between rooms are paper thin, so you hear your neighbors. And bathroom door jams must have rubber lines around the frame so when you shut the doors it doesn't bang so loud that the whole floor wakes up. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place

Escellent hotel to stay for a few days to relax. Do need a motorbike as Bang Saray town and anything else is not walking-distance. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel esp since it was nearly empty. Sukhumwit road is nearby so a solid front door would make it less noisy. I would stay here again.

Location is okay but there is only one bistro along the beach. No bars around. There are some massage, eatery, coin laundry and one 7-11 around. Room is small but very clean,quiet and comfortable during my stay in the weekday and not crowded. Nice pool but at night time will be alittle noise with kids in the pool.

We picked this hotel because it looked super beautiful and aesthetic, however we were slightly disappointed in person. First off, the room was modern, chic and stylish, however I can’t help feeling that the room utilization made it feel a little smaller than it is. The toilet and bathroom are partitioned, which is great, but there are no towel hangers in the shower, only in the toilet, which makes it kind of weird as you’ll have to make the floor wet just to retrieve a towel after showering. The room is also not spotless clean, as in we had to use the hotel slippers to walk around, otherwise we kept getting specks and dust stuck to our feet walking inside the room. The outdoor bathtub was huge and deep, which we enjoyed. Maybe an improvement could be having an anti-slip mat as it was slippery in the tub. Otherwise, the room was great, albeit feeling a little small. The breakfast was superb. Each person can have up to 3 choices from an a-la-carte menu, which was the highlight of the meal — super delicious. There is also a buffet with limited extra options to supplement your main courses/desserts made to order. The rooftop pools do give a pretty decent view however it was a little small and overcrowded. Overall I’d give it 4/5.

Location: 7/10 The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the Pattaya walking street / Pattaya Central World. It is not recommended to stay here if you are looking for fun in the centre of Pattaya. Service: 8/10 The front desk staff is very helpful with a smile. The staff in the restaurant may need some more training during the breakfast time or they may be understaffed. The maintenance team responded very quickly when the TV could not connect to the internet, and they arrived within 10 minutes of the call. Room: 9.5/10 The room size is quite spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the view is absolutely stunning. Staying at the Andaz gives you a feeling to stay at a real 5* hotel. Beds are comfy, service attitude is great, breakfast selection is overwhelmingly great! The beach is cleaned daily and the little things make the price and stay there worth it: suddenly a waiter comes around the beach serving drinks for free. Sunscreen is also provided and just making it perfect! The summary “Outstanding” cannot be a standard feedback on trip.com. This hotel truly deserved it. One thing to note: the location is nicely remote. Take a grab or taxi to go where some action is.

I've booked the pool villa room, everything is very nice and clean. The swimming pool is big enough to swim and doesn't have any chlorine smell. Breakfast is anytime and ready to serve in the room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very recommend for staycation!
