Is a beautiful hotel facing the mountain. We were upgraded to premier from deluxe. Room is bigger with sofa and a large balcony. Main lobby at level 1 and there is another entrance on 15th floor which will lead to the road nearer to Sapa Station. Along this road it has many shops and restaurants. Moana is also nearby. Breakfast has many varieties. Staff are friendly. Bed is comfortable and shower pressure is great. Do not need air conditioning as outdoor is 5 degrees. Can walk to Sapa station.

We booked the Classic Twin Room thru trip.com to celebrate our friendsary of 23years and we were spoilt by the hotel de la coupole mcgallery’s manager, Grace. She upgraded our room to superior twin room that comes with an extra balcony and gave us a lovely sweet treats and fruit platter 🥰🥰❤️🔥❤️🔥 The bathroom was huge and they even took special efforts to decorate our room. Special thank you to the team who put up this! Your exceptional hospitality surprised us n made it so memorable for us 🥹🤩🥳 Our room no. was 625 and we could see hues of the sunrise from the balcony. Bed was exceptionally comfy and room was warm and cosy despite the cold winter. This was such an awesome staycation and memorable friendsary celebration. We went to the bar during 9+ for a drink and to take beautiful photos of it. So much to do if you love photo taking. Many more instragrammable worthy spots in the hotel lobby and 10th floor. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet on the 10th floor in their Chic restaurant. This hotel amazes me with their interior and details paid to their decoration. Astounding! Please take time to enjoy the breakfast and taking photos outside the restaurant. Would highly recommend this luxurious hotel if you’re here in sapa!

although the weather was not desirable while we were there, our stay at pistachio hotel was amazing. it is close enough to main sapa town (access though the first floor). the reception is on the 6th floor. the service staff were very friendly though we did not interact much. we booked a superior room but were upgraded to the deluxe room at check in, which came with a balcony. a pity we could not enjoy any views as it was foggy throughout our 2 nights there. we could only imagine the view. we can also see the funicular tracks from sapa station to the cable car station. the decor of the hotel is very modern. the room was very clean and spacious. amenities given were more than sufficient. beds were comfortable. the hotel breakfast is also a nice spread. the hotel does provide umbrellas if it is raining (subject to availability). the infinity pool looked like it would be amazing if only the weather would cooperate! overall highly recommended

My stay with Bamboo Sapa was nothing short of excellent from the time we checked in, which was about 5am to the time we checked out. All hotel staff were wonderful. We booked a tour that started at 8am and had to forgo breakfast for a little rest before. Thought I’d just grab a piece of bread and on the way in the cafe, a staff approached me to ask my room no. and sit me down but I explained that we had to rush off for a tour and wanted to just grab and go. And she insisted we packed some food. Got us a takeaway box and even packed us some orange juice to go! I knew immediately she was Julie from the many raving reviews I read about her, I recognized her immediately even though we have never met! Her reputation precedes her and I am amazed at how helpful and proactive she was. She helped with lending us an adaptor and a phone cable, recommended good restaurants and a driver to bring us around. A gem of an employee she is!

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient. I can’t recommend Pao’s Sapa enough for anyone looking for comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Mayu for her exceptional assistance and care during our stay. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher position—she absolutely deserves it!

Located in close proximity to Sapa Square, SunWorld Plaza, CatCat Village, Stone Church, Ham Rong Park, Sapa Lake and Moang Hua there are plenty of restaurants in the area too. The views are spectacular of the valleys and mountains from the mountain view rooms. There was a decent variety for breakfast with again some excellent views! It was cold in January but fortunately the AC also offers heating in nice sized rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

We got to the hotel early 7am. The hotel storage our luggages. The hotel has nice view. The foods are good and tasty especially the Pho or noodles. There are many stairs to get to our room. Staff are friendly. They help us carry our luggages to our room. Morning breeze is so nice!!! Love the morning breakfast with beautiful view.

I’m not sure if it was due to the travel period in winter, the pre-Tet festival season, or something else, but the hotel seemed to have fewer customers than expected. I didn’t see many travelers, and the room was only available starting at 2 p.m., which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff was very polite and spoke English well, which made communication easy. The room itself was average but comfortable.

I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up. A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself. After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated. Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly. Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing. Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area. Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.

It was great for a family of four with adult children to use together. The duplex room had a beautiful balcony with a perfect view, but one thing was that the ceiling of the room was high, so the lower floor was a little chilly even when the heater was on. The hotel staff were all friendly, and although the breakfast did not have many varieties, it was neat and clean, so our family was very satisfied. When we had a small number of clothes, we had no choice but to use the laundry service, and they washed them quickly and cleanly, which was impressive. I was so happy that I wanted to ask what kind of detergent they used because the clothes smelled so good. The spa facilities in the hotel were a little expensive, but I was very satisfied. It was a bit difficult to walk from the city center, so it was on a hill, but if I go to Sapa again, I would definitely stay here again. The photo was taken from the balcony of the room I used. Dude, Green Sapa Homestay was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful, from the moment I checked in to when I left. My room was spotless and comfy, had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had tons of options. Plus, the location was perfect easy walk to the market and restaurants, and close to all the Sapa sights. Seriously, you gotta stay there if you're going to Sapa. You won't regret it!

The room is expensive, the room is tiny. It's modern but the room is so small for this price, it's not worth it. This small room is in Hanoi and Sapa, I only stayed for about 500 during Tet holiday. I'm a business traveler, traveling both domestically and internationally a lot but I swear it's not worth it. Not to mention when booking the room, I chose a room with 1 single bed. When I got the room, they arranged me a tiny room with 2 single beds. And when I asked to change it, they said ”please help me change the room”. Oh, I booked the wrong room, you're going to give me the wrong room, I need your help? The promotional price is still almost 800k. While it doesn't include breakfast, I have to buy an additional 95k/breakfast. Oh my gosh, there are pho noodles, fried rice, fried noodles, white porridge, but the only side dishes are smoked meat and fried sausage. Everything else is gone. When I ate it was 8:35am. Breakfast time is from 6-10am. When I ate, there were still many people eating with me. Overall, it was terrible. I advise everyone not to come. And I will never come back. I was going to record a video of the room but I didn't. The only plus point is that it is modern and clean.

Checking in process was a hassle, as I booked VIP room, but it registered as a suite. However, staff had good problem solving skills, and one guy offered tea for the trouble. Staff are attentive. Room (suite) is spacious enough for a 4 star. Good selection of drinks provided in the room. One toothpaste was dried out, though. Furniture was old fashioned. Bed was average, pillows not very comfortable. Location was great for entertainment, restaurants, and more. Unfortunately, the suite had poor soundproof design. Hens woke us up at 3am. Could hear pretty much the slightest of noise outside. Overall, decent for the location. Major issue is the soundproof design. Not for light sleepers.

In the new district to the south of the old street, the terrain is high and the view is wide. The room has a domestic four-star level. Downstairs entertainment, bars, mainly Chinese consumers. Traffic is slightly inconvenient, and there are cars at the door. Vietnam is dominated by motorcycles.

I enjoyed this hotel, I wished the shower was more warm but it wasn’t cold. Reception was friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. I had a motorcycle rental and they had a covered garage so that was a bonus!
