I stayed in Rong City for four days. This hotel left the best impression. The hotel environment is very good. Every morning at breakfast, someone would ask if the taste and service were satisfactory. The four-star standard was still met. The front desk was also very enthusiastic. The weather was so hot that they helped us solve many problems. Rong City, the impression is very good!

The room is ok but with a 4-star standard, I don't think I came, the air conditioner is old, a bit noisy. The reception is mostly happy, but there is a receptionist named Tam (female) who is very uncomfortable, talking to guests very rudely, doing the service should not recruit such receptionists, too unprofessional compared to Muong Thanh brand. Only the one located near the place I travel on business, so I chose it. If I travel next time, I will not book this place.
