It's the best to have a breakfast at noon. Aunties push carts and order whatever you want. You have to order one shrimp dumpling, siu mai, lava bun, and barbecued pork bun. The two big shrimps in the shrimp dumpling are really delicious. Although the lava bun doesn't have much lava, the texture of the egg yolk is satisfying. The durian pastry is also good. It's really satisfying to taste the long-lost durian flavor. The mango pancake is average. The mango is a little less and the skin is a little thick. If you come late for lunch, you have to wait for a table.

The chawanmushi made with scallops and stock, paired with maitake mushrooms and Iberian ham fried in butter, is twice as delicious. Tuna belly + 20-year-old European anchovy caviar, decorated with Argentinian pesto sauce and South American guacamole

This Tong Le Xuan is very famous in the Chinese community in Sydney. They mainly serve Cantonese cuisine and also seafood. If you eat both, it is not cheap per person. We spent nearly RMB 300 per person. But the taste is quite authentic.
