Hoosegow Charcoal Restaurant

This Chinese-style Northeastern barbecue restaurant is doing really well. The owner is a hospitable Northeasterner in his thirties. The portions of the dishes in this restaurant are super big! A highly recommended barbecue restaurant!

Dinner with friends with the plan to share but all felt a bit chaotic and kitchen even forgot our chips. Suspect we over ordered and were not guided particulalry well by the waiter in our choices. Turned out more expensive than I had remembered with $110pp...bit more than we would usually spend for a non-occasion dinner.

Never dissapoints.My steak which I wanted on the rare side of medium rare was perfect.Other meals just as good. Good selection of Gins and WhiskysThank you

My favourite restaurant! The food is always top quality and cooked to perfection. The staff are amazing as well, and seem to truly care about the dining experience. Couldn't be better!

From Start to Finish was a perfect night. The food made your taste buds alive the service and staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough - even opening the door for us as we left. This just doesn’t happen anymore, well until you go to Hoosegow that is. Great venue!
