The food was fantastic and delicious. It was an authentic experience just like in Japan. Book a table as it is small just like Japan too!!

Best sushi I have had in a  long time.  Very authentic Japanese feel, except the chef was not visible.  Restaurant is very small and you will be a part of the conversation next to you whether you wish it or not.  The fish was very fresh and well presented, service was very attentive, and folks were very pleasant.  I am returning tonight.

Great food and atmosphere. The staff were really wonderful too, but because they were so busy, service was slow. Our food took some time to get to us, but we did not mind as we were having a good time. However, I think if you were starving you might not be too happy. Although the food is worth the wait. We&rsquo;ll be back!!

Nice restaurant service was great 95%of the food we ordered was excellent it was a shame that 1 dish was not good or edible and there was no offer to remove it from the bill but otherwise enjoyed

The two big shrimps in the shrimp dumpling are really delicious. Although the lava bun doesn&#39;t have much lava, the texture of the egg yolk is satisfying. The durian pastry is also good. If you come late for lunch, you have to wait for a table.

Mappen Noodle Bar: Basically, this is the only restaurant where I feel like I can eat alone without feeling awkward. And the spicy fish roe soba is really good the more you eat it!
