Loving Hut Sofia

Stopped by for dinner and ended up staying longer than planned. The owners are genuinely friendly, not the fake touristy kind. Had the grilled trout with a glass of local white wine – the pairing was spot on. Place is small and simple, but that's part of the charm. Maybe slightly slow service, but we weren't in a rush.

The vegan burger actually tasted like real meat. I’m not vegan and I’d eat here again. Desserts looked good too but I was too full to try.

The almond mayo really works here—best vegan version I’ve tried. Burger pizza was rich, filling, pretty satisfying. Place gets busy around dinner, but service held up fine. Decent spot if you’re after something hearty without the meat.
