Boye1A specialty snack bar in Vietnam. The vegetable spring rolls there taste very good. There are also chive dumplings, but there is no vinegar, so I only eat garlic, which makes my mouth smell a bit bad. The fried noodles are similar to those in Shanghai.

Had a great dinner here, the soup was delicious and the dumplings were tasty. I enjoyed watching the noodle chef's technique in pulling the noodles
I also like their fried spring rolls and seafood fried noodles. Their fried noodles taste a bit like hand-cut noodles. They are quite chewy and the seafood is also delicious!
Very ordinary home-cooked food, the fried spring rolls are dry and tasteless. The environment is quite ordinary, with many flies flying around. I don’t know why it is recommended?
