Topaz Restaurant Norodom

Malis in Phnom Penh is a restaurant under Topaz that specializes in Southeast Asian cuisine. I heard that Xiaobei has been to the one in Siem Reap. I finally ate the famous Amok. The overall taste is very good. I just don’t know why peppercorns are put on desserts [puzzling] ​

Foie gras salad, ribeye steak, mushrooms, etc. are all delicious. Desserts are also good, not too sweet like other restaurants

A very good French restaurant. The foie gras tastes very good, and the bread seafood soup is also delicious. The environment is quite upscale and the waiters are very enthusiastic.

Topaz is one of the best western restaurants in Phnom Penh, supervised by a Michelin two-star chef. Not only is the environment elegant, but the service is also very thoughtful. There are many varieties of western food to choose from. I was very satisfied from the appetizer to the main course. Appetizers, pre-meal bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, ham and cheese vegetarian salad with ice cream, cream of mushroom soup, salmon with double caviar, New York steak and mashed potatoes. The best ones are mushroom soup and salad.

I came here to eat alone today, and the dishes I ordered were just right. Whether it's the environment or the taste, this is the only restaurant I like the most in Phnom Penh. You can really try it. As soon as you enter the restaurant, the polite waiter will take you to your seat, and you will feel romantic when you sit down 😁

The environment is very good, the tableware used is all silverware, and the plating is very traditional French. I had a set lunch with a choice of red wine, which is a very good price. I ordered soup and shrimp for the appetizer. I thought the foie gras soup tasted good, and the shrimp was ginger-flavored. I thought this dish was very delicious, not very spicy, and the ginger flavor was not strong. I personally don't like ginger. The main course was just average, the chicken was quite old, and the steak had no special features. I think the taste is average, but the environment is better. They have a big garden, and chatting in the garden with red wine is quite romantic.
