Thanks to the staff at Richmond Station for a wonderful evening. The "Just for Me" format and wine pairings were the best. Special thanks to Sarah for showing us her best Canadian wines.
There is a shop near the train station. The foie gras bread is delicious and has no fishy smell. The Italian pasta inside is also very authentic. I always feel a little greasy after eating too much. Maybe Chinese stomachs can't handle it.
The chef is a former champion of Top Chef Canada. He is very young. The dishes are creative and the ingredients are fresh. There is a menu on the blackboard at the door that changes according to the season and the ingredients of the day.
It's really good. The taste is pretty good among Western restaurants. It's rare. I recommend it.
