Hawksworth Restaurant

There are several hotels I highly recommend for this trip to Canada. They all have the style I like. Although the Rosewood is not big, it has ingenuity everywhere, such as the 3D paintings in the lobby, the fireplace, the floor signs outside the elevator... In short, I like them all. It's a pity that I didn't have dinner at Hawksworth Restaurant. I must make a reservation in advance next time.

The food and service at Hawksworth Restaurant was of high quality without being pretentious. Our server, Dylan, was a new employee but still provided excellent service. A huge thumbs up to Johnny and the rest of the management for teaching the new staff how to make our dining here a highlight of our trip. All the food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Inside the Rosewood Hotel, which is a high-end hotel, the restaurant is not bad either. The dishes they serve are similar to European cuisine. The squid tastes pretty good, and the paella is similar to Spanish style.

One of the most upscale and luxurious hotels in downtown Vancouver, Rosewood Hotel Georgia, has a Hawksworth restaurant on the first floor facing West Georgia Street. The tall crystal chandeliers are radiant and the restaurant has won numerous food awards.

This restaurant was selected as the best restaurant of the year in Vancouver in 2012, and its chef David Hawksworth is the youngest chef ever inducted into the Vancouver Chef Hall of Fame. What is this restaurant like? Let's take a look!
