Although they serve Thai food, it still has a lot of Western style elements. For example, the grilled salmon and grilled beef ribs are very good. Most importantly, they are relatively affordable and the portions are large.

Salmon n'' Bannock is a very famous seafood restaurant in Vancouver. I came here with my friends to check in. I have to say that the seafood here is "genuine" and tastes good.

Salmon n'Bannock claims to focus on Aboriginal food and art. There are wild fish, game, and oat cakes here. As for art, the walls are covered with paintings, sculptures, etc. This is also one of the participating institutions in the ongoing Dine Out food festival. The three-course dinner starts at $45 per person.

It does not have the complicated and slow procedures of Michelin restaurants, but it is full of surprises and freshness. It is a high-end restaurant among formal French restaurants.
