I brought my child here for shaved ice today, and we ordered their new Taro and Lychee Shaved Ice. It was piled high with taro balls and sesame balls, very generous with the toppings. My child loved it and said they want to come back again. I suggest you go early, as there's a queue in the afternoon when it gets crowded.

Their signature Three-Taro Ice is incredibly creamy! The sweetness is just right, not cloying at all. I especially love the pink filling ball inside; it has something inside when you bite into it, giving it a rich texture. I recommend ordering this when you go; it's 28 yuan a serving and you can find it on the basement level of the mall.

I've tried quite a few taro balls before, and these bayberry taro balls are definitely chewy and bouncy. I suggest you don't rush to eat them when you order them; let them chill in ice for a bit first. This will make the lemon and bayberry taro balls more tangy and help cut through the richness.
