Locals here prefer their flatbread to be tender, but the skin shouldn't fall apart. This restaurant's signature flatbread is indeed perfectly stewed; the meat practically melts in your mouth, while the skin retains a slight chewiness. The broth clings well to the flatbread, which is quite rare. However, with more tourists now, there's often a queue during peak hours.
This beef stew with flatbread is such a generous portion! The broth is incredibly flavorful, and the flatbread soaks up all the sauce—it's absolutely delicious! Don't you guys love eating it this way? Me too, haha 😄
The portions here are really huge; two people couldn't possibly finish three dishes. It only costs around 50-60 yuan per person, and we even packed two boxes to go. I suggest that people with smaller appetites order one less dish, or ask the waiter to recommend a half-portion.
