新丰蛋糕(新北街店)

The cream puffs are four yuan each, and they're quite big. The outer layer is crispy, and the inside is full of cream, but not too sweet. I buy two every time I pass by, and my kids love them too. If you're going, I suggest going early in the afternoon, because sometimes they're sold out if you go too late.

Locals don't really frequent shops like this around here. But they do have a wide variety of breads, and their cakes are decent too; they look quite clean.

At around 30 yuan apiece, it's alright as a souvenir.
