This shop's wontons are absolutely amazing! Thin wrappers, generous fillings, and the broth is incredibly flavorful; I even drank the whole thing, haha. The fried pancakes were also super fragrant and the portion was very generous. The owner is super nice; seeing how much we enjoyed our meal, he even gave us two extra side dishes—so sweet! I'll definitely come back next time! 😋

I loved watching the owner bake flatbreads at the entrance when I visited this shop before; that smoky, lively atmosphere was truly authentic. I recommend ordering the donkey meat flatbread; the meat is generous, and one is enough to fill you up.

I came to this shop before just for their donkey offal soup. The broth was indeed very flavorful, and the ingredients were generous. Paired with a freshly baked sesame flatbread, it made for a warm and satisfying meal. I suggest you try this combination; don't order any of the fancy dishes.
