The meat skewers were huge, and the meat was so fresh you could taste the charcoal grilling. The dumpling soup had a unique flavor; it warmed your stomach and made you feel completely relaxed. The only downside was that the restaurant was so popular that you had to get there early to find a comfortable corner.

The baked flatbread paired with homemade sausage and braised pork is truly a specialty. The sausage is perfectly salty, with generous chunks of meat. The braised pork is stewed until tender, and when sandwiched in the freshly baked flatbread, the juices seep in, creating a satisfyingly delicious texture.

The fried fish was alright, but the shredded pork with sweet bean sauce was truly amazing. The pork was shredded very finely, the sauce was just right, and it had a soft yet chewy texture. My friend had been recommending this place, and they weren't wrong.
