味千拉面(保百购物广场店)

Kumamoto ramen is indeed very generous in portion size, but what I miss most is the teriyaki chicken skewer. The sauce has a hint of caramel sweetness, and the meat is juicy and flavorful. Sitting at the counter watching the chef slowly flip the skewers made me feel completely relaxed.

I came here specifically for their signature tonkotsu ramen! The broth was incredibly flavorful; I was amazed from the first sip—it tasted like it had been simmering for ages. The noodles were also super springy, and the soft-boiled egg was so runny it practically melted in your mouth—absolutely divine! The chashu was served in huge chunks—a carnivore's dream, haha. For just a few dozen yuan per person, this level of quality is definitely worth it!

The waitresses were so nice! As soon as we entered, they handed us menus and hot water, and patiently explained each dish to us in a gentle voice. They didn't seem bothered at all when I asked them so many questions, haha. It was a fantastic experience!
