These buns are so fluffy! One bite and they burst with juice, the beef filling is incredibly generous, the broth even dripped onto my hands 😭 Don't you guys also love that feeling of every bite being bursting with meat juice? Me too, haha!

I've eaten at many steamed bun shops before, and the ones here are truly generously sized. One basket is basically enough to fill you up, and those with small appetites might not be able to finish it. I suggest you order one basket to try first, and don't order too many.

This shop near the Bell Tower is so easy to find, I just strolled over! A day trip to Baoding absolutely requires a visit here, don't you guys agree? Me too, haha!
