The wraps were good, and the braised sausage and eggs were also a good choice. It was nice that the fried chili peppers and pickled vegetables could be bought separately.
The one on Nongda West Alley has a very eye-catching storefront; that's the style of most old shops around here. Actually, locals don't go there much. I glanced at it as I passed by, and it was quite clean inside.
Locals here don't really care much about the soup when eating baked buns. But this place is really generous with its fried chili peppers, you can add as much as you want for free, and they're incredibly fragrant. The bun crust is indeed crispy, and the meat filling is plentiful. The clear soup is just that—clear soup, not greasy at all.
